America love it or leave it. Archie Bunker used to say that too.

What have the Democrats done in the past Four years
reddogblitz replied to B-Man's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I find this one interesting. Latino and Latina are Spanish words. Actually the same word in its masculine and feminine form. The Spanish language is generized. So now we're hijacking a Spanish genderized term and changing to fit our own American values. Seems there could be some type of appropriation going on there. -
League agrees to no preseason games

I kinda like the idea that rosters would expand and each player can only be activated for 16 games. If the NFL and NFLPA are $o hot on player $afety, how could it make $en$e to add more game$? -

I'm old enough to remember when they had 6. But I don't mind PS, in fact I like it. After months and months of no football ?, it is welcomed. I like watching what the backup QBs and other guys that don't play much. Was looking forward to watching the back up QB battle with Baker and Jake and the the kickers. It's not real football, but a good way to ease back into the seaon. I'd rather have it so we have some football?in August. Now instead of having a game in a few weeks we gotta wait til after Labor Day. Sad. -

It doesn't sound pleasant. But a of of people are doing a lot of unpleasant things because of this. Things are tough all over. Man up and play. -

this is about 90% of what this is all about. NFLPA has been trying to get rid of PS for years. Now the precedent has been set. Next year they can say See, we didn't have them last year and everything worked out. -

I thought he was banished for a month. I hope he comes back. -
she thinks she wants to tear down America as we know it and replace it with I presume some sort of socialism. She should read Animal Farm. She is going to be the horse ?.

I hope he's working on actually catching ?the football ?. -
They always tell us how much they love the fans. The fans need football ?. Give those you love what they need. I believe it will get worked out in time. Union things are never resolved until the last possible minute.

I watched that game the other day. It was either Josh throws a bad pass or he throws a good pass and it would get dropped. Brown also dropped at least one. I hope Beasley has a similar plan to Knox'. In the Ravens game he had one of his three plays last year where the football ?bounced off his hands into the arms of an awaiting DB. One in Jets game. One in Ravens game. One in the playoff game. I'm hoping Diggs' good hands rubs off on some of these guys.

According to the linked article in the main article a plan for testing etc was given to the teams that was agreed to by the NFLPA two weeks ago in an article dated 7/6. ttps://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/2020/07/06/nfl-training-camps-coronavirus-covid-19-protocol/5385276002/

If Russel Wilson is concerned about his pregnant wife's health, why doesn't he rent an apartment to live in and hire a nurse to stay with his wife? Goodness knows he can afford it.

Nolan Ryan also threw more strike outs than anyone in baseball history with 5,714. The Big Unit is second with 4,875. -

Josh can throw a football ? a country mile. We're just not sure where it's gonna come down. Nolan Ryan could throw strikes. -
Browns and Garrett agree on 5 year 125 million extension
reddogblitz replied to Greg S's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't feel sorry for them. We traded the pick away. As far as Garrett goes, I always call BS and smh when the NFL runs commercials about how much they care about player safety. If they really did, a dude that ripped off another dude's helmet and proceeds to beat him over the head with it, provoked or not, would be banished IMHO. like Josh, if Mitchell's receivers could catch the football ?, would look a lot better. -

I suspect if enough people vote blue, a lot of this will stop on November 4th.

The party that loses the prez election ALWAYS picks up seats in the mid terms. Even happened to Bubba and Obama. Proves nothing.

“Cancel” / Knee-Jerk Culture of 2020 and beyond
reddogblitz replied to RiotAct's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Actually it goes deeper than that. FakeBook promotes the divisive stuff to keep their users "engaged", i.e., forwarding and sharing it which results in more ad revenue for themselves. You see they don't mind helping in a big way dividing the country in their quest for the almighty dollar. https://www.seattletimes.com/opinion/the-game-is-rigged-a-former-marketer-shows-you-how-big-techs-advertising-practices-harm-us-all/ -

Why is it "revere racism" and not just plain old racism? -
Yes and no. The year after the SB his coach was too busy trying to land the Michigan job to try for another SB. Then the coach was replaced by Chip Kelly, a total tool. At that point the team was a train wreck. Even Wonder Boy wouId have a hard time winning in that environment.

1-1 on back to back NFC Championship games and within 5 yards of a SB win.
