    Right you are..gone are the days of Melvin Fowler, Tuten Reyes, Mike Gandy, and others than make me want to throw up when I think of them forming an offensive line.....How has our record not improved since those days???

    Didn't we have this same conversation last year when karlos came in worthless?? TD Mike ended up working out?? Well kind of he wasnt very effective when he had to be the number #1 but was a nice change of pace complement. Tolberts has carried the load at RB before so it's possible we may have upgraded.

    I've realized through the years not to look into the staffing to much....untill we land a QB it will continue to be rinse wash and repeat...

    D-Line and safety is our biggest needs????wtf...granted Kyle's age and dareus' inability to get on the field raises some concerns. We just signed 2 very competent safeties..not superstars but solid. I'm saying LBer Franchise QB and a new bell cow RB to eventually replace the 30+ shady are more important

    When reading about his positives it mentions incognito and tyrod both where Rex's doing....the shady trade fell into his lap as it was chip Kelly's idea and it wasn't a hard sell. The only thing I would consider his might be the Hughes trade, Lorenzo signing and brown

    They pay big contracts to players who they believe are elite....gilmore, jarius Byrd, levitre where all good players but they weren't great, letting them walk was the right call. If Dareus has his act together he can dominate the interior he can potentially be a great player, they cannot replace him with a player of his talent...

    IMO Whaley has done a decent job bringing in talent, whoever was behind the Rex hiring really threw a grenade in the middle of what was looking like a competitive team. If it was Whaley than I'm all for the firing but from what I read he wasn't in on it.

    We need a backup that can be a serviceable starter, TD Mike was not. Our offense succeeds when shady succeeds, having a back that can at least hold the fort when he is out is greatly needed

    Maybin couldn't even be used on special teams. Mike Williams could play in the NFL...Just not at the caliber a 4th round pick should be. Losman made some plays, CJ has some dynamic moments...Maybin was absolutely worthless.

    The most important issue concerning the improvement of our run game is tyrods ability to keep 8 men out mid the box, he must become more of a passing threat
