    Yup. His first year he went 5-11. That team was horrible. 10-6 a year later Flores might be a jerk, but that team played hard for him

    Brian Flores coaching record 24-25. His last two years was 19-14 (.575 winning percentage) McDaniel is 28-23 (.549) This is after adding Tyreek Hill and taking over a team with a 9-8 record.

    I love Richardsons tools. His issues seems to be his work ethic. I like Levis too, he plays hard but he's careless with his body and the football Hard to win with either guy

    Both had bad QB situations. Steichen nearly won the division with Minshew last year Callahan is gonna get his QB. Steichen better have an alternative to Richardson

    I mean there is a lot of talent in NJ. They lost a number of close games. The issue going into the season was coaching and it got worse after they fired an already bad coach in Salah. Could they win next year and get into the playoffs with Rodgers? Yeah, maybe. But after that they have no future plans. They went all in on a pair of 8s and the results are not unexpected

    Chicago would be a good job for Vrabel. That roster is very good. Its in a tough division, but he could win games there quickly. They need stable leadership I have not been called. I'll let them know if that was a good idea later

    The Bears turned the number one overall pick into another #1 overall pick. If they get the coaching hire right this time, that will be an all time great trade NE* dropping to 4 in a weak QB class hurts them tremendously

    If Pickens could have caught a cold on Saturday the Steelers win that game. Wilson isn't a world beater by any means, but hes playing well enough to win games. His last drive of the game last week was horrendous however

    The Steelers very much overachieved this year. Wilson is ok at this point in his career but he can't carry that team. They could have won the other night if Pickens could catch Texans are the best of a very bad division. The Chargers are going to embarrass them
