  1. I really hope not for his sake. Hes got a young family, be a shame if he was on a bad path again
  2. Any DB McDermott thinks he can work with is always good in my book. Was watching Levi Wallace get torched the other night. McDermott made him a low end starter for years here. Reminds of Belicheat and how he could pick random dudes up and make them good players
  3. Agreed, this is far more likely to be a laugher than a close game Stafford aint what he used to be. That trade worked out great in the short term, but now they have an older QB, and not much ammo to help him
  4. Because their opponents are playing the bengals defense on “rookie” mode
  5. No way. If Taylor was a 3rd round pick that had some upside, there might be some merit to this. But what exactly would be the point of switching out a 40 year old QB for 35 year old QB? They arent making the playoffs, they are barely playing for pride. Just play out the string and hope for a few highlight plays to put in the hype video for next season
  6. I understood take that Bills were less talented and might struggle a bit with a young roster. But the talk of them being not a legit contender was absurd. Josh Allen is arguably the most talented player in the league, as long as he is on the field, the Bills can win any game
  7. Right? I forgot all about this dude
  8. I saw a stat that they have a +54 point differential. Only losing one game all year, that seems almost impossible. The raiders being 13.5 point underdogs yesterday was the easiest bet all season. The Raiders are bad, but the Chiefs are running on fumes right now My bet is if they get the 2 seed, they lose at home to Denver and Bo Nix
  9. I’ve been comparing them to the 22 Vikes or the 2020 Steelers. Seriously flawed teams that are going ti get exposed
  10. The fact the bears gave Eberflus, who was already failing as a HC, the number one overall pick for 75% of a season is unbelievable. He was bad last year and they were like “here, here’s a Ferrari. Good luck” Caleb might not be good, but the bears have already set his development back by now having him with his 3rd playcalled before year 2. Insane
  11. Especially considering the talent on the roster
  12. It in the contract when you buy them. It was just never an issue for 17 years
  13. Purdy played at Iowa St and is a professional athlete who has started 2 NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl. I'm sure he can handle wind speeds most high schoolers can
  14. Yeah I thought SF would be a good option, but the Vikes make sense too
  15. Daniel Jones would be embarrassed by the Bills D
  16. Purdy has plenty of arm strength to deal with 20 MPH winds. Even Peterman could deal with that.
  17. What they don't show in the video, is he robbed the kid of his Pokémon cards before he put him back
  18. The Chiefs look tired to me. Just worn out. Having to beat a bad team with a last second drive after all their other close games this year has to be taking a toll. All of their games have been one score except for the Bills, 49ers and Saints (all 2 score games) I think the Chiefs are more likely to lose in the WC round than win the AFC
  19. I told my wife I'd get a second mortgage on the house before I missed a home AFCCG. Her reaction told me I married the right women
  20. I've been higher on Jones than most. That said, he has been bad the last two years, like horrible bad. I'm not sure he is serviceable in any way. This talk of him being signed quickly doesn't really make sense to me. He has had 70 starts and is still not reading the field well, taking bad sacks, turning the ball over. It reminds me of when the media (Schefter) was saying the bears were going to get a 1st for Fields and he ultimately went for a 6th. If Jones was any good, he'd still be a giant
  21. I wonder what would have happened had the Chargers given the job to Daboll instead of Staley. If there is a QB in the league with lots of similar physical traits like JA, its Herbert
  22. They basically have the exact same stats. Both are failed starters. I'm not sure it matters who is the backup if they both suck
  23. Does Lamar win the MVP even if he misses the playoffs?
  24. The Dolphins wins with Tua include such juggernauts as the Jags, The Patriots, The Jets, The Raiders and the rams with a combined record of 15-41. Until he beats a team with a winning record, Tua is not a threat in the AFC
