    His problem is his work ethic. It isn't bad coaching. Gruden and Shannahan are good coaches. This is a guy that never had to work at his craft and relied on his athletic ability. Then he got hurt and never adjusted That's on him. I wouldn't touch him

    No way is RG3 traded. His contract is terrible and he is one ACL injury from costing somebody 16.1 million. He will be cut and have trouble finding work. Think Josh Freeman

    Did about 18 miles in one day when I was in California. That summer I likely did a few hundred miles. Walked everywhere

    Guys look at the free agent market right now for QBs. It's awful. The fact we have 3 guys that could win a game for us is a good thing A 5th round pick does nothing for this team. A guy not named Jeff Tuel as our third QB is a very good problem to have
