  2. Still holding out hope for the guy. I think we have better options right now but he has played better than I expected this far in camp. Who knows in a year or late in the season, maybe he turns it around and becomes the guy. The best hing for him right now is to sit and watch

  11. I must have a pretty good resume. Was called this morning about a job in Mass . Going to hear their pitch because it could pay significantly more. Still at the first job. Still not a huge fan of it

  17. I gave up coffee because I was having 5 cups a day. My goal was to ultimately cut it down to one after getting used to not having it. Although I agree it's been painful. Never again haha To answer your question, after a month of not eating bacon for example, I allow myself to have it but I've found I want it less. That was pretty much my goal. I haven't had any fast food since January, but I've had cookies after the 30 days but once every other week as opposed to every day. What has been most valuable has been finding healthier alternatives. I snack less than I did and I eat better instead of crap all the time. It has also been eye opening to see just how much bacon or cookies or whatever I was eating before. Makes you think more when ordering food or shopping. I've lost 8 pounds this year. I only weighed 180 to start, so nothing major. But it's something.
  18. Booze came to mind. I'm reluctant to do that because it's summer and I know that would be damn near impossible. Fried food could be could. I've done soda for a three month period before which was more difficult than I thought. Anything in a package could be interesting. I've thought about no red meat as well. All good ideas
  19. Hard to argue. Although Alex Smith is the epitome of a game manager. The Chiefs had zero TDs to WRs this year and that's not all on the receivers If Cassell is the 16 game starter, I think we will be just fine. He's a solid QB who has had some great games, but also plenty of stinkers
  20. My New Years resolution this year was to work on being healthier and having stronger willpower. To do this, each month I eliminated one thing from from diet for 30 days. So far I have successfully completed: Bacon Fast food Cookies Frozen Pizza nuggets Coffee Also this month I tried to go Trail running as many days as possible. I was actually doing really well until this week before I had an injury and lots of travel for work. Tough to find time for that unfortunately. As June starts on Monday, I need to have a new challenge. Any suggestions?
