If they don't take this seriously, then they really are dumb. They're trying to get drafted high, or put another way, to make the most money. Who wouldn't want to help maximize the amount of money they could make? Now, I don't expect them to cram for the weeks leading up to the test, but no one benefits from getting a 4. That said, I don't know to what extent GMs use Wonderlic scores in their pre-draft evaluation. I assume they do considering the test is still administered.

His agent probably doesn't think so. If he was injured during the season, would we dock his pay? His agent likely doesn't care or find it relevant that he has been injured.

Yep. There's more subtraction than addition going on here. It's not just "we're losing out on all the good guys". We aren't even signing warm bodies. We have no WRs and money says Sammy will be injured a significant chunk of next season. My 8 ball confirms this. Maybe we won't use WRs next season.

Actually, with no tank, there would be no Eichel and anyone who watches the Sabres knows it. They may be losing right now, but he's a star in the making and is going to have a long, excellent career leading the Sabres. As for the Bills, they are really trimming the fat and not in a good way. They are setting Tyrod up to prove he's a star or if not, they'll be one of the first in line to grab a QB next year's draft. Either way, the Bills benefit.

Problem is we are creating needs faster than we are filling them. And the signing of the FBs fit into both of those categories.

This is looking more and more like a rebuild for the Bills. I see a lot of salary shedding for what, I don't know. Are guys off the street going to fill these positions? And if TT turns a corner and we still win a bunch of games, then great, we can make a big FA splash next year. If not, then we will be in a great position for a QB.

What set us back was drafting EJ, then completely ignoring to draft another QB in an attempt to spare "his feelings". And I don't want the drafting of a guy who was benched in college doing the same. You keep drafting till your convinced you got your guy. Worse case scenario is we end up like the Skins with Cousins.
