  1. Well if its a now or never then never. Way to big of a gamble. We have more talented players at needed depth positions to take up a spot on a big time project
  2. You are over estimating him at this junction. He has some running and vision ability, he has shown it against 2nd /3rd stringers in a vanilla schemed NFL preseason game. He is most likely not ready for the real game of top dogs barreling down on him yet. You give him that year on the PS and prepare him for next years camp.
  3. what does this even mean ? I think the majority like what they see with Wade enough to want him to succeed. But nobody who has watched football for the last 20 - 50 years truly expects an international player who has never played American football to be able to just step in grab all the games nuances and crack a 53 man roster. Since he can not be called up mid season but can be added to the PS and be protected, added to the chance's of Wade keeping a seasoned player off our roster this year is ridiculously low, I think the majority agree he is PS bound
  4. FG kicking is looking a little shaky They are not running a full defensive scheme, and they are still very successful in execution.
  5. Well I'm going to double down and TELL YOU there is 0 chance of it happening this year. The guy doesn't have enough football experience to be able to play at the NFL level this year Its truly a common sense thing... It really is
  6. There is no scenario that puts Wade on our Active roster this year. This is a guy who has never played American football till this year. His rugby background gives him an advantage but he will need at least a year on a PS to truly be ready to take a roster spot IMO. So much about this game this man still needs tol absorb. But I sure hope the Bills take advantage and get him on our PS and a real shot next year.
  7. I'm feeling good about our 1 - 2 punch at QB right now
  8. This is definitely different. This is the early workings of a well oiled machine in progress. IMO
  9. I agree if its a retirement, especially if it is a medical retirement. There should be some offsets that don't punish the team.
  10. they also impact perceived values of GM's and Coaches. You find out which teams are built with quality depth and have a coach who can manage the situations. Some teams manage to keep finding ways to win after injuries, for other teams the wheels fall off.
  11. Here is some info if Morse has to retire. https://www.behindthesteelcurtain.com/pittsburgh-steelers-nfl-features-news-blog-long-form/2016/3/5/11158958/nfl-101-how-cuts-retirements-and-trades-affect-the-salary-cap
  12. As long as we don't see 2 - 3 and outs and can move the ball into enemy territory, winning filed position battle early I would be satisfied... I think last week they did exactly that but had trouble finishing with a missed FG and a dropped TD pass. Would be nice to see them finish this week
  13. Injuries suck.... Don't we know that all to well
  14. Too obvious but.. RESPECT !!! ?
  15. Gamepass If you sign up for todays game your 7 day free trial expires just before next Fridays game. If you wait till next weeks game time to sign up the 7 day free trial gets you the last 2 preseason games
  16. You forgot Don't train Don't Practice Stay in Plastic Bubble Even then you are only reducing odds
  17. Just want to see 1st team O move the ball consistently and the D do its thing also consistently. After that it is more about individual performances so who stands out and makes a statement
  18. It's Aaron for the record.. professor ?
  19. I think it will happen naturally as Allan develops the pass 1st mentality. He will still run but it will be more about what the D is giving him then him trying to make it happen because of rookie jitters a poor WR group and the worst Bills OL of all time.
  20. I think the fact Allen can do these things in his sophomore year and looking poised and effortless gives the impression of unspectacular but really it shows a huge sophomore jump in Allen's maturity/ability IMO. Your Brady analogy plays well here... If you can keep the chains moving unspectacularly you force the D to play differently and then bam, a spectacular play because the D was used ot the unspectacular and adjust accordingly
  21. That is definitely a guaranteed way to get people to stop bidding on that fruit basket. I think that might be little more difficult to "pull off"" regarding Clowney though
  22. Called twice 1st time just got th ebilling department and they discounted me 12.50 a month off my Sunday Ticket billing Called back a 2nd time and asked for loyalty department and they gave me a $64 credit on my next Bill. I have a very basic package so I get less discount opportunity but I am very happy with saving a little over $100 next 6 months Also been with DTV since 1998 and I have no complaints. Service is reliable and fairly priced compared to cable. I look to cut the cord but I haven't found a situation I find acceptable for me that actually saves me large coin with little hassle and out of pocket expenses
  23. they would negotiate a long term deal before pulling the trigger
