B He bounced back some still made a few ill advised moves. He slid better when running so it looks like the concussion woke his ass up on that part of his game. Threw the ball away instead of hero balling it. He has the warriors spirit just has to hone the game down some more. In regards to how the Bills receivers react to Josh when he is scrambling. There is much need for improvement. They are not coming back to the QB well enough and they're bunching up with no real sense of protocol. I think this part of the Bills offense is where are biggest improvements can happen. Lots of big plays can be made with Josh srambling. We need a better "Firedrill" plan to support this part of Josh's game.

I noticed this some on the INT. There needs to be a better approach to coming back to the ball when Josh is scrambling

Terrible ? I disagree… Raw and in need of some improvement yes, but equally full of potential. They move the ball, then They seem to stumble some but they end strong which is under appreciated

TE's have different responsibilities, and we're light on TE's who can receive or who have shown they are capable of Duke has shown. Knox is the only one maybe can do it. We have Croft who is a major unknown and Lee Smith who can't catch much Not sure I see how TE's trump Duke here

AJ Green says he would love to play for Buffalo.
ddaryl replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Duke Williams is our AJ Green now MF'ers -
A tall WR who can out muscle CB's and has shown the ability to make that contested catch. He is not a speed burner, His job is to fight and attack the ball in traffic. He has shown he is pretty good at that, and it is the biggest missing attribute we have in our WR corps. He will be utilized much differently then Zay IMO

I said he'd get a shot before the year was out. I also said he would not be sent back down once he got here. I'm standing by that. I'm excited as I think Duke will go up and attack the ball and snag those Allen fast balls that give other WR's some trouble

personally I am a HUGE fan of snowflakes. Bad Ass MF's I tell you what. Being called a “snowflake” these days is supposed to be a derogatory term, insinuating someone is so delicate they get offended too easily. Being a “snowflake” is supposed to mean someone feels so special and unique they are entitled to special treatment. Being a “snowflake” is supposed to mean someone’s not resilient. It’s being used now to label and dismiss people who do not support the nation’s current administration and do not support this administration’s actions and agenda. Here’s the truth though about snowflakes: Don’t underestimate them even though they may look gentle and delicate in nature. Here’s the truth though about snowflakes: Don’t underestimate them even though they may look gentle and delicate in nature. You find snowflakes in the fiercest of weather conditions and circumstances, and that’s precisely when they shine. Get enough snowflakes together, and they can wreak havoc, they’re a force to be reckoned with. Blizzards, avalanches, slippery roads, school/work closings. Snowflakes, at the core, are just water particles, and they can take many forms that can change land formations―cold harsh ice, strong tidal waves, pouring freezing rain, hard sleet. Anyone exposed to harsh winters knows to respect snow. Work with the snow, and it is beautifully breathtaking and fun. If you don’t respect the nature of snow, accidents abound and you’re cold and miserable. Get enough snowflakes together, and they can wreak havoc, they’re a force to be reckoned with. When the landscape is blanketed with snow, there’s a sense of peace, tranquility, hope―millions of snowflakes coming together to do what they do naturally. Don’t underestimate a snowflake, and what one snowflake is capable of. And certainly do not underestimate the power of millions of snowflakes together. The weather forecast is calling for one hell of a s

That much was evident with the bad plays he was making. I seriously doubt the sideline convo had ANYTHING at al to do with that. Anyone who watches the sport said the same thing. In fact every time Josh made a bad throw or looked frazzled I was screaming at the tv. "Think Josh Think" I don't think any other NFL team needed that TV image to come to that conclusion. They have the game tape. All that matters now is for Josh to take a step back and self assess and adjust

Josh Allen in concussion protocol: Update cleared 10/5
ddaryl replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree there is a time to use it but they are over using it, and the concussion is the result. -
Depending on the outcome of tomorrows game...AJ Green
ddaryl replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mahommes is an outlier right now. How many QB's come into this league into a favorable situation like Mahommes and lights it up at that level from the get go. to use one outlier as the baseline to judge all the rest is foolish Josh when drafted was work in progress, he has played above expectation, patience must remain with Josh.. that was the deal when we drafted him -
Josh Allen in concussion protocol: Update cleared 10/5
ddaryl replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think it very poor decision making by this team to use him as a runner the way they do. Allowing him to scramble is one thing but the designed run is why he is in concussion protocol and this is why we don't like it. -
Have You Started To Lose Faith in Josh Allen?
ddaryl replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
NO still have plenty of faith.. But now we know his obvious weaknesses. It is now matter of watching him improve on them for the rest of this season and end strong -
I very much want to see Duke get his chance as I feel that is what this offense is missing a big strong attack the ball WR I expect him to get a shot this year

We kind of got off track here because most people are calling me out on RT comments.... I won't argue that we have more OL upgrades coming. LT and/or RT -

ddaryl replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No I don't watch the game. I just make comments. Is RT a soft spot.. Yeah they have problem with edge rushers. But you can not tell me that's why we lost,. Josh needs to be better. That's the only narrative I am going with for the reason we lost to NE. Maybe that's on Daboll some for not game planning dink and dunk outlets better .. If Josh uses QB smarts he doesn't throw a long ball off the back foot when he clearly knows the pressure is coming. He needs to re-learn check downs and throwing the ball away. I'm going to say this. You will never be satisfied with the 5 OL we put on the team. No matter the year. You will always have a weak link. This fan base will always make sure to hate on some OL. Great teams do not have a noticeable weak link on the OL because they have QB's who are better at dissecting and decision making. Its what separates the great teams from the good teams from he awful teams. The QB who can read dissect and make the right call in 3 seconds..... Josh made bad choices. Josh is still very young, but its obvious now where his weaknesses is. Decision making / Accuracy under pressure. Its part of the NFL game so hopefully this is where he improves the rest of the year. If he continues to make bad decisions that he has shown this year then you have to start being concerned about his growth. However you have to let him take his lumps so he can learn. -

Why are we looking for a RT when you are moving Dawkins to guard -

Sorry brother he plays RT and he is not horrible. Not blaming a damn thing on the RT play and definitely not blaming the loss to NE on RT play -
Will offense operate better with Barkley next week?

ddaryl replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I just did and will again. Yes our RT is average, (NOT HORRIBLE) but Josh needs to take the underneath stuff more to compensate Josh had no business throwing off his back foot when it was clear to me and you that Allen saw and felt pressure coming. He knows its coming he knows what happens when he throws with bad mechanics he made the decision anyways. if I'm going to blame someone other than Josh I blame the coaches for not having a quick pass game plan and instead drew up plays that requires a dependable pocket against a good Defense -

1st vid, All Allen nothing to be blamed on the OL 2nd Vid. All Allen nothing to be blamed on the OL 3rd basically your saying that Allen felt pressure and decided to throw and long ball floater off the back foot to compensate. THE QB NEEDS TO KNOW YOU DO NOT FORCE THAT THROW. You cannot blame the RT for Allen feeling pressure and deciding to throw a long floater off balance, Allen needs to throw that away or make a high percentage decision
