Josh Allen - Most Elusive QB in the NFL
dorquemada replied to MJS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What I love about Allen's elusiveness is that he combines the typical Athletic QB using speed and cuts to avoid hits, but he also is developing Brady's technique of seemingly barely moving at all and seeing people miss all around him. I think that combination is kind of unique, and its starting to look instinctual to him- 29 replies

The Bills won a game they were supposed to win yesterday. That counts for something. They should beat the Pats. -
yeah its hard to let the other team sustain 15 play 9 minute drives when you go sacking the quarterback, very unsporting approach really
-
Yeah he could come here and even get to still pay NYS taxes, what's not to like?

To paraphrase Charles DeGaulle, The Bills are rebuilding, and built to stay that way Yes, but has Yannick been immortalized in meme form yet?

Im still holding out hopes for Zimmer and Cox. If Cox has half his father's passion he'll be 10x more passionate than any of the overpaid dead enders on D today -
What is the worst loss a good Bills teams has had?
dorquemada replied to C.Biscuit97's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah I mean if the Bills lose to the jets, I think it's safe to say the Bills are not 'legit good' or even regular good. -
When we lose a game because of this I'll worry about it. when we get blown out because we cant stop the run, i'm not losing sleep over a young punter who is booming his punts being sub optimal on FG holds

clearly our MVP last night. I look forward to the official Buffalo Bills 2021 media guide with a picture of him on the cover
-
I mean, our gameplan wont be but every coach in the league has watched the Bills run D collapse before our eyes and they're going to run the ball. we can stack 8 in the box, hell we could put 14 in the box but i dont think there are 14 plays on this team that can stop a determined running attack, and that secret is out. Maybe the key is to try to score points rather than 'play a close game' open it up on O, let Josh be Josh and stop with the slow developing runs with singletary. they arent working, and moss isnt an NFL RB yet

The Jets probably arent going 0-16, which means even at 1-15 they're beating someone. Why not Buffalo?

I think the difference is that the SB era teams had a ton of pride and held each other accountable for poor play, right when it happened. I remember Kelly grabbing house ballard by the face mask and pulling down so they were face to face and kelly screaming at him. Can you imagine for one moment any Bills player on the current roster doing that? Allen maybe? What I see here is a team with the strength and fortitude, physical and mental, of single ply toilet paper. I'm laughing with my jets fan friend in text right now over which team wants this next game less. The Jets want to be careful not to risk their shot at Trevor, while the Bills feel like they need to prove that they have a historically bad run D. They're probably plotting ways to let Frank Gore have a huge day as a feel good story. Maybe the Jets can set a modern NFL record by not throwing a single pass yet amassing 600 yards of Offense
