  1. yeah where are the wins on the schedule? even when we weren't in free fall the Jets had our number. Right now they are absolutely pinning their ears back and getting excited about chasing Josh Allen around and stripping the ball from Cook. Philly - just lol. they'll run the ball down our throat and hold the ball for 45 minutes. josh gets pulled in 4th quarter and doesnt even realize it because he's zoning out on the bench KC - they'll need this game as padding for HFA. Zero chance for the bills. Andy Reid puts on a masterclass of gameday decisionmaking while McD claps when Von ties his shoes properly Dallas - eh, they're kind of like a less terrible version of the Bills. Who knows maybe the Bills steal this one against all odds. Or, it could certainly go the other way and Dak drops 400 yards and 5 TDs on the Bills while the Allen/Cook combination set a new NFL record for combined turnovers in a single game, and also in a season. One for the books! LAC - geez, an away game in LA? While the Bills have a wonderful time on the town Friday night, it's tough sledding on Saturday, and hey, let's not wear ourselves out, we're in LA on Saturday night! Let's party! NE - at home new years eve. BB might be at the end. The Bills have always been his favorite punching bag, though this is his least talented team. If there's a win on the schedule, this is probably it. On the other hand, the lack of professional pride on the Bills could make this the ultimate run for the bus game Miami - appropriate to end the season with the team who we beat in our superbowl this year. Miami has the division well in hand, and their ranking for the playoffs is fixed. Most starters are rested, but their scrappy second string holds the ball for 40 minutes, and the Bills, who had a great time on South Beach last night, don't have the stomach to fight back. So just looking at the schedule, i see a full scale collapse as more likely than any kind of rally. I'd put the wins at 2, then bet the under
  2. tell me that you got Dall-E to make that it's brilliant and deserves to be printed on vellum, framed in mahogany, and hung in teh new AKG
  3. only good news here is that I'll be able to get a few single game tickets for cheap on the secondary market. It'll be fun to pregame then go into the stadium and get sad
  4. McD has lost the locker room, Allen needs a firm hand but isnt getting one. Criminal negligence.
  5. Rock bottom? Geez i wish. it's going to get so much worse. They'll lose (badly) to the Jets next week, we'll hear about the cracks in the locker room. We'll get crushed by KC and the Eagles, and the players will be openly running for the bus. I'd love to think the roster will look a lot different next year but i bet it wont! Can't wait for the draft next year, we need 4 or 5 more high motor DL and some defensive backfield players that get game defining penalties
  6. the best marketing strategy at this point would be to tear it down. It's a lot easier to get people excited about change than status quo for That being the best strategy guarantees that this organization will do the exact opposite, which means change nothing, or maybe a gentle rearrangement of the deck chairs. The same clown show will be back next year, geriatric and overpriced defense, inept and boring offense. Can't even put the punter on the media guide this year!
  7. Agreed 100%. THis is the difference between the Bills statistically dominant defense, or what it was, and a defense like KC who give up some yards and points but usually can manage a stop when it counts. I don't know what the bill of goods that McD sold to Pegula, and continues to sell, but he's one hell of a salesman
  8. I wanted to start a separate thread to discuss the notion that the Bills are failing in all 3 phases, 4 if you include coaching. Offense is obviously in free fall. They'll have a couple drives where they look like they should then immediately revert. That's coaching, but Allen too. Please, Josh, learn to put a little touch on the ball. Outside of Diggs the WR/TE group simply cant catch a fastball. There's no creativity, and no speed. They're all frozen in amber. Cook was getting some momentum, but can't trust him. 3 fumbles? Come on. I guess we'll have to draft another RB high. They score a solid D. Maybe they get socially promoted but they aren't capable of competing. The primary goal of the offense going forward should be to slow down to give the D a breather. 3 and out can take up to 2 minutes of game clock if you manage it right, come on guys. Defense - I love the spirit this MASH unit is playing with now but they just don't have the horses. The frustrating thing about this unit continues to be their inability to make big plays in crunch time. I had hoped that McD had an answer for that, but all we've gotten is a more aggressive bend then break defense. Every single one of us knew that Denver would win that game when they got the ball back with 2 minutes left. What a terrible feeling, and it's really a referendum on the team as a whole. I'll grade them incomplete because despite the massive draft capital used to assemble them, they are barely able to field 11. Special Teams - this sucks. When did the Bills ST become so terrible? I feel like even during the drought the ST would be a bright spot. What was the Denver average starting position? the 42? Who is in charge here? I liked Sam Martin but is he toast? Anyway, this unit could and has lost us games on any given day. Again, McBeane seem obsessed with ST and peppering the roster with supposed ST aces but they are bad. I'll give them a D as well, mostly out of nostalgia but they arguably cost the Bills the game last night with the 12 men on the field. Coaching. What can I say here? It's bad, amateur hour, and incredibly frustrating. I doubt we see any changes because ownership doesn't seem to roll that way. Thanks for getting us out of the drought McD, i guess. I suppose it's still possible to make the playoffs but to what end? They grade F and if there was a worse grade than F they would get that. F minus. The only thing that's going to keep me watching at this point is seeing how much more the wheels can come off and how bad the booing gets. However much you are disgusted by this coaching staff, it's not nearly enough. You think it is, but it isnt. Anyway, just feeling the need to vent because that was strait up a terrible game and this group has become hard to cheer for. I'm sure we'll get a lecture about complimentary football today from coach idiot. Truth be told, we did see complimentary fooball last night, all 4 phases working together to make fools of all of us, great work guys!
  9. Stop watching? It's no longer enjoyable. I'd get fired if I was as incompetent as 90% of these clowns At some point we as fans are going to need to face the reality that Allen does not take his job seriously. He's not going to get better
  10. My son asked for a Bills jersey and a Sabres jersey for his Dec birthday he's getting a Sabres jersey and some game tickets.
  11. That and 7 points on O. All 3 phases we are a 7-10 team
  12. Have they already given up? God this is hard to watch
  13. Who is this on? Dorsey obviously can't craft an offense but the execution is just awful. Hard to cheer for this O
  14. No like all normal people I can only enjoy one team said a perfectly well adjusted person
  15. was hoping there were enough tbd veterans to get it funny thing was...nobody thought the Bills were going to beat the vikings, including virtually all of us. good times, man
  16. no you should always post your immediate reaction no matter how much you later will wish you hadnt, keepin it real, man
  17. that tears it, putting my wife's retirement account, all $5000 of it, on the Bills to win the SB
  18. Yeah an offense designed by an adderol riddled 13 year old with cheat codes on madden
  19. Oh, i was waiting for Forums poster BILLSFAN2313 to give me my leave, many thanks upon you
  20. maybe we tell the Bills that Denver is their super bowl so they show up to play tonight because, in fact, Denver is the Bills Super Bowl at this time
  21. Is that forum broken? Or just lightly attended?
  22. Hoping? No. Fool me 4 times, shame on you, fool me 5, shame on me My question for the pollyanas here, what has changed since the Pats game to make you think the Bills should be a favorite in any game? There's more injuries, and a stubborn refusal by the coaching staff to change anything. The prevailing philosophy is to double down on COMPLIMENTARY FOOTBALL whatever the f that means. Even the most positive among us here are saying, well you know any given sunday, which is true but nothing I'd bet on
  23. My guess? People will be pouring out of the stadium, tomorrow is a work day and it's not like down 10 points there's any chance that this team can come back. What's the point, so you can brag to people you stayed the whole time to see the Bills lose by 7? btw, 7 point spread tonight, that feels awfully big!
