  1. Yup, he stands out on more plays than not. Stay healthy Joey!
  2. Since his rookie year when he had a couple bad drops, I love watching him catch the ball. He wraps it up like it's the worlds most valuable treasure with his entire body. In his hands I never worry about it getting dislodged from a hit.
  3. I'm sure this is a known thing, but i've been putting rainx on my ski goggles for decades and it works wonders for rain/snow/fog
  4. At least Wilkinsen is gone
  5. I like the idea of showcasing the TEs here too, let's get some packages in there that will give future opponents DCs headaches in planning.
  6. There's two wolves in me. They're both degenerate gamblers and neither of them like a 12.5 point spread in a division game
  7. It reminds me a little bit of when the end finally came for our glory era Bills. They just got worn down, lost some players, aged, and were still getting it done with smoke and mirrors, but then something just gave way and the wheels came off.
  8. He's just too slight to take the pounding. Watching the play he got injured his legs look like Tre's, just sticks with little tiny ankles. Obviously has skills but was never going to last with that build
  9. One thing I noticed yesterday was that every play KC made that went for more than 5 yards, they celebrated like they'd won the super bowl. Kelce worst of the group. He seems to be a shadow of his former self and there's really nobody on that O besides Mahomes that are real stars at this point.
  10. No team needed to be told not to draft him
  11. I thought the eagles got hosed on a couple calls yesterday. I just hope that the chiefs lose every game that Taylor Swift attends so eventually we dont have to endure the spectacle any longer
  12. keep an eye on the overconfidence meter over there
  13. Faint echo of games past Dolphins are strait up bad now sad trombone womp womp
  14. We've played 2 good defenses and are averaging 36 points, that's a winning formula, especially with KC seemingly falling apart. Allen has a bunch of guys that can catch the ball. My wife asked yesterday why we were seeing as much Shakir, my first thought was because they probably had Sauce on him most of the game, which I have no idea if that's true, but the larger point is that if Shakir is ostensibly our best receiver, he'll get the top coverage, but on any given play Allen's got at least 3 other guys that can catch the ball including the #3 TE. Is this moneyball?
  15. Oy. Me and the boys used to rent out a decent size uhaul, put a couple ratty couches, a grill, etc, to bring down to tailgate. Rumor has it that anyone that didn't fit in the cab would ride in the box
  16. lmao. even in faint echo form, a Dunkirk Don sighting brings a moment of levity to an otherwise grinding day
  17. Yeah we might give up 200 yards rushing and 40 points im crying over here Do you think THE Dunkirk Don just woke up one day already fully formed?
  18. Eh try a new take on Dunkirk Don we need some insider info and high level business meetings
  19. The Get Well Plan (for the other team) Defense
  20. was first thing that came to my mind too
  21. One of the most technically magnificent passes I've ever seen in my bagillion years of watching football. Wife and I rewatched the last 5 minutes twice last night.
  22. McD obv watched some youtube videos about clock management this offseason
  23. I said this in one of the other threads but I think despite the explosive nature of the Ravens, they seem to wear down in games. Everyone does but it seems to happen faster for them, which might point to a conditioning program issue?
  24. It could be that the human wave tactics on DL is having the effect of freeing up Oliver. Absolute monster game. Will be fun watching him against lesser QB/OL combinations
