  1. yeah guy always saves his best for when they play the bills. glad they're not playing in London or on mars or something this year at least
  2. Getting little incel in here
  3. well thank god we have BULLBUCHANAN to let us know how many kids we're allowed to have
  4. Waddle is an excellent receiver, but I'm wondering if we're at one of those inflection points where having a number of mid tier guys that can catch is going to be the future vs an all star or two. I'm hoping anyways! If you had told me 30 years ago that RB was a commodity position, i wouldnt have believed you.
  5. Silliest? Those dont even rank. I'll leave you with these words wrong josh
  6. Is he better or worse than Von Miller? I mean right now, not some indeterminate point in the future when Von is fully healed
  7. Lol, is Hughes in play? I'd take him back in a heartbeat. Never should have let him walk.
  8. I'd like to see what Chan would do with an O like this - outside of Allen no superstars, but a bunch of guys who can catch the ball, and a couple guys who can catch out of the backfield. It would be fun to watch!
  9. Oh boy here we go. Don't you have a college commencement to ruin?
  10. Contrary opinion here, Tua has them by the balls. They've splashed out to surround the QB with weapons, with contracts that are going to look really bad in a couple years if not sooner. If they let Tua walk, who on earth are they going to plug in that's going to give them any shot? In terms of watching the dolphins be a bad football team, they would definitely be worse without Tua, and we can all point and laugh when they inevitably make him the highest paid QB in the league but i don't see that they have a choice. OTOH a couple things go their way last season and they're playing KC in Miami in the warm instead of what they got, and things might look different. They're not as far out of the paint as we make them out to be
  11. Great job Captain Point Misser. People who are yelling and screaming about Butker are the same ones yelling and screaming about how others should be left to 'live their best life' or whatever the current euphemism is. They're all for free expression unless it's someone expressing a point of view they disagree with. You see it right here on TSW. Never mind the fact that some social media manager decided it would be a good idea to dox him.
  12. This is a great litmus test between people who will fall all over themselves promoting and defending The Current Thing, versus someone who espouses traditional values. Free speech for me, canceling for thee
  13. not gonna read all that, but congratulations, or sorry that happened to you
  14. oh snap, hoisted on my own petard you're the one who came in to a thread to whine about the thread.
  15. show us on the doll where this thread touched you
  16. or, bear with me, find other ways to watch the games There used to be a huge amount of piracy of movies/music/content, until Netflix made it easy to pay a relatively modest monthly fee to have access to a huge content library. We're getting to the point now where the landscape is so fragmented The Pirate Bay looks like a reasonable alternative again
  17. Yeah I know my point is ppl acting like a 24 year old is counting the minutes until they can get social security. Most of them were the same people who were mad when we didn't bring frank gore back at age 54
  18. Yeah i watched him a few times, and watch a lot of SEC Network (roll tide!) and I will tell you that Davis brings a great combination of tough running, slippery enough to make people miss, and dangerous out of the backfield. I dont care that he's 24 or whatever. He's going to contribute immediately, and will be great later in the season when we need to wear out the other team by jamming the ball down their throats in inclement weather.
  19. I watched Davis a couple times in college. He is absolutely going to surprise people. He can be a punishing runner, and has great hands out of the backfield. Between him and Cook i think we have a more balanced offense than we did a year ago, especially with Kincaid and Shakir with another year in camp
  20. WR1 is not the difference between 10-7 and 7-10 The Bills have several guys who are probably solid WR2 and a couple with potential to be #1 guys. Let's all take a step back from the ledge and realize the Bills went on a solid run end of last season with Diggs playing his worst ball since coming to Buffalo
  21. The biggest thing is what Brady can do with a full offseason to implement a plan. There's no reason why the Bills can't be a more consistent team than they've been. I've been saying for a couple years that there was clearly a locker room cancer, and it would seem that he is gone now. I didnt think, and didn't want to think it was Diggs, I'm a huge fan of him as a player. But the way that they got rid of him, obviously someone thought it was addition through subtraction. I've managed teams on and off throughout my career and I can tell you definitively, I will 100% get rid of a top performer who breaks the team dynamic. It's not always fair, but reality is that team dynamic trumps anything an individual can do. I trust McD on defense, i just hope he leans towards aggressive. I'd rather give up some big plays than die the death of 1000 papercuts. The O will be OK, i think we've got an interesting group with at least 3 guys who are very sure handed in Kincaid, Shakir, and now Coleman, not to mention Davis at RB. I can't remember a Bills team with that many receivers with above average hands at least since the post-glory era?
  22. Reality that is outside the top few WRs each year, which we had zero shot a landing, we really have no idea which others will be any good in the NFL. As long as they take at least 2 between rounds 2-5 i'll be happy.
  23. They'll keep trading down until they have 32 picks in round 6 ironclad lock
