  1. Why wasn't Tim Settle this good in Buffalo?
  2. Ty Johnson. The guy does so much. We all know about the clutch catches but he's also great at pass protection.
  3. This was my immediate reaction as well.
  4. Don't they usually announce the full schedule after the very last playoff game of the week?
  5. This Denver team is legit good and I will be the first to admit that I was wrong about Sean Payton being a bad hire. And I say that even without factoring in the albatross that is Russ Wilson's contract.
  6. Does anyone remember that one time when Denver scored on the first possession and everyone started freaking out like the season was over? Ahh, good times.
  7. Wow! It's the right decision but that's rough. The goal of every team is to get as many home playoff games as possible, so this is a big deal. It had to be done but it still sucks for the Rams.
  8. Pec injuries are no joke when it comes to an NFL defensive player. I'm not disputing that he's dropped off a bit, and I wouldn't overlook the fact that a number of guys on the DL have also underperformed, but I honestly wouldn't be that surprised if that injury lingered even after he came back.
  9. Here's a question I'll never ask again - "why is Elam inactive?"
  10. I think it's time to end the Baylon Spector experiment. He's either hurt or sucks, but either way he's just not reliable.
  11. This feels a little like the Titans game.
  12. Josh Allen, that's why. Yes it was a retooling year for the Bills, but they still had #17. When it became clear that Minnesota would start the season with Sam Darnold most people assumed they'd be looking at a losing record - maybe even a five or six win season. That's why O'Connell will run away with the award although I agree that McDermott deserves some consideration.
  13. It seems like the league has figured out Stroud to some extent. He's talented, but I'm not sure his skill set is so elite as to be able to overcome a good, smart defense. Then you add in the injuries and Houston suddenly looks like an average team at best.
  14. I've actually been encouraged by what I've seen from Bishop. He looked a lot better yesterday than he did against Houston, and you always have to remember that he was injured for most of camp. I'd still be nervous relying on him in the playoffs, but I could see him make a big jump in year two. Hopefully he also learns a few tricks from Hyde.
  15. It's still Bruce. He was a game changer for more than a decade. Josh very well may get there but it's still too soon.
  16. Please stop putting the single most important player in the league at risk! Just hand it off!
  17. For a defense that's lived on turnovers they are seriously due.
  18. Ty Johnson is the biggest unsung hero on this team. Even without the pass catching ability his blocking in pass protection is elite for a RB.
  19. It was going to be a huge challenge even with a healthy defense.
  20. The lack of any pass rush has also been a killer. They tormented Stafford the last time they played.
  21. Thoughts and prayers go out to anyone still arguing that Josh shouldn't be the MVP this year.
  22. What about the story he told about being a kid and thinking that it would automatically start snowing the minute the temperature dropped below 32? I know he told it to sound endearing, but any kid mature enough to understand the freezing point of water should have a basic understanding of how rain and snow form. It just made him look like an idiot.
  23. I think it's time for Trubisky. Get Josh off the field and wrap him in bubble wrap for safe keeping.
  24. What's up with DaQuan Jones? It seems like he's barely seen the field tonight and has been mostly a non-factor all year.
