I know there's like 7,000 threads on this already, but trading for a WR who can stretch the field is an imperative at this point. It doesn't have to be a pro bowl type player, just someone who is an upgrade over MVS. I was fine going into the season with MVS in that role, but he's just useless out there.

Joe Marino said it best. The whole point of having a QB like Allen is that you never need to run a trick play. He's unpredictable and can do something special every time he touches the ball without having to resort to gimmicky nonsense.

I think bringing back Hyde has been the plan throughout the year. I'm not sure his body could really take the grind of training camp and early season games, but he should have enough to help when it really matters. If the new safeties stayed healthy and exceeded expectations that plan couple change, but we all know injuries are inevitable. I fully expect to see him in December and January.
