Tom Brady plays the game like a robot. He's nearly perfect. That doesn't mean he completes every pass. It means he gets what he can out of nearly every play even when that's nothing. He rarely is sacked or turns it over and the supporting cast (offense, defense and special teams) fall in line and do their job. They lack flash but they don't beat themselves. To beat them you have to be closer to perfect and equally talented. It's hard to do, but even the Patriots have their off games or find themselves in a tough matchup.

I'd like to see the Bills put him on the roster, but making room tough.

But is it breaking the law? Leaking to media and then using a media report as evidence to support probable cause. Illegal or just a bad practice or shoddy work? My growing concern over the surveillance and other dirty tactics that were deployed against the Trump campaign is that in the end so many people were involved, each in a small role, that individual crimes will not be found or will be very difficult to prosecute. Rather the outcome might just be that people are guilty of bad individual job behavior. They acted somewhat within the scope of their jobs but did not commit actual crimes. If nobody is prosecuted, it's a rubber stamp for similar tactics to be used again. -

We're not ready for it because this U.S. government has virtually no track record of collecting taxes and delivering a service to the people with efficiency, fiscal discipline and at a good level of service. It's gut busting laughable, out of breath oh my god I'm gonna die laughable that out government will take this on, save the population money and run the thing well with government workers. ***** hysterical. -
Time for Kaepernick to officially retire from NFL?

Separate issue and it gets dealt with and sometimes those players get cut and not re-hired. -

You've missed the point. If you disparage customers and other employees in public on company time and you refuse to change your behavior, you likely don't get re-hired. It's very easy to understand. -

Prayer is an accepted practice in many workplaces. Wearing pig socks and making defamatory remarks about police and feeding that to the media on company time is likely not an accepted practice by many employers. Employers can set the rules to a great extent in their workplaces. I know a media person who used his air time on TV while filming his own live show to speak out against something his employer disagreed with. He was fired while on the air. He has no grievance. He made a mistake and he paid the price. He has never been re-hired in that industry. He doesn't blame others or claim he's being blackballed. Employers make the rules. -

You think a civil settlement is proof of guilt? Quite often it isn't. -

He did much more than kneel. He wore pig/cop socks to practice and showed them off. He used his post game interviews to express his views on non-football matters. He made statements not rooted in fact. The abusers in the league have been subject to league and legal and civil disciplines and they did not commit these acts on company time or property. There is a process in place to deal with that. CK could have come out years ago and stated that he made a mistake using company time for non-company business and for making defamatory remarks. He could have made a commitment not to continue to do that but to my knowledge he has made that promise. There is also a process in the private sector to weed out bad employees and he has been weeded out and with good cause. He's free to pursue any line of work he wants, even to play football if he presents himself as a good candidate. -

He's not being black balled. He's not employed most likely because he was a lousy employee when he was last employed. He used the platform of his employer and work time to push a personal, social and political agenda and one that was not popular among customers. That will prevent almost anyone from working. It's a QB starved league. If he's kept himself in shape and would agree to go back to work and not push his societal grievances on company time, he might get a contract as a backup QB. -

Well, I never thought there was anything great about her but the fact that she was married for over 50 years is the best evidence of her being a good person. -

The Jets may as well have a yard sale like the Dolphins. They got nothing this year. -
Don't wish that on him. It would be more entertaining to watch hm melt down if Brady for some reason couldn't play for several weeks and he had to catch passes from whoever the heck is their backup.
