  1. I don't run into many people that are into folders, or knives in general, around here. If I thought there would be more than two of us in the conversation, I would start a new topic about knives! And you are 100% correct about the expensive part. I just purchased a few Les Georges and a Hinderer folder to add to the collection recently and I have a couple nice Bradford fixed blades that I highly recommend. If you haven't visited bladeforums.com, you should check it out. The exchange forum has led to a lot of $ leaving my bank account.
  2. There is nothing that compares to a thick tomahawk steak! It is meat perfection! Nicely done! I haven't done it in a while, but every once in a while my butcher will have them in the display and I can't pass by without getting one.
  3. I'm pretty sure that was a pinot noir. Probably Josh or Bread And Butter. It could have also been a red blend by Ghostrunner or Los Poetas. a few of my favorite $10-20 wines.
  4. I've heard very good things about the Inox. Great value and quality knife. I also use my Global for a lot of tasks and find it to be a nice step up from the old set of Henckels that I started with. The Bradfords are my favorite and I managed to get them at a decent price. I have an older Svord carbon steel steak knife that was my go to knife prior to the Bradfords. I have really been drawn in to the higher end knife world and have put together a nice collection of kitchen knives and folders.
  5. Show some of your finest dishes!
  6. I put this in another thread too, but I’m pretty proud of the fact that Josh made an appearance at my wedding this past weekend!
  7. I can't believe they failed to mention that he also made an appearance at my wedding this weekend...
  8. I'm a big fan of Paradigm speakers and if you are going the receiver route instead of really high end separates, I like Denon. I've had great luck with both brands and they have quite a range of prices depending on what you are looking for. I installed my own stuff, but it was not a professional level job by any means. It is easy enough to hook everything up, but making it look nice is tough unless you already have the wiring in the walls. (I wouldn't go wireless.) I am not good at fixing drywall!
  9. Ironically, the Bills over/under for wins (6.5) is the same as the over/under for number of employees remaining at ESPN at the end of the season.
  10. Using "ESPN" and "experts" in the same sentence is laughable. (Unless the sentence is : Experts agree that ESPN is crap.) *Are there 50 employees left at ESPN?
  11. You should definitely stop out. We have a good group and it isn’t so crowded that it gets annoying. Beer and food is pretty cheap too. Hope to see you there. Feel free to send me a private message if you have any questions. The bar is also kid friendly (to a point). There are always a few kids that come with their parents.
  12. With the North NJ Bills Backers at Duffy’s in Paterson. Great atmosphere and an awesome bunch of people. They just remodeled the bar and added a new section with a patio and outdoor bar. Anyone in the North Jersey area should check it out! The bar owner even puts Labatt Blue on tap and makes a decent wing.
  13. Maybe I’m a horrible person, but I wouldn’t feel the least bit bad for Landry if someone snapped his leg while he was lining someone up for another dirty crack back block.
  14. Wow! The Browns coaching staff is a bunch of clowns. Greg Williams might just be the biggest piece of trash on earth. I don’t know if there is anyone more deserving of a punch in the face. It would probably give him worms.
  15. I'm guessing he is not basing his praise of Tyrod on the Buffalo vs Jacksonville playoff game they competed in last year. He would have had an up close look at these MVP worthy stats! 134 yards, 46% completion, 3.62 yard avg, 0 TDs, and a rating of 44.2.
  16. Hue seems like a dad that is trying to be cool and be friends with his kids and their friends, but also trying unsuccessfully to be the authority figure. A guy that the kids humor so they can get away with whatever they want.
  17. Holy crap, watching this really makes me appreciate the coaching staff and GM in Buffalo! Cleveland is a mess!
  18. I once heard about a fan base that thought their team's equipment manager was called the deflator due to his rapid weight loss.
