  1. Just saw Evan Rodriguez was cut, first one ive seen for the day
  2. It really is disappointing they do only use 50% of the fancy new replay screen for replays.
  3. Maybe this is nitpicking, but a play that really stood out for some reason was EJ's fumble. He clearly fumbled but afterward was pleading that he was down. Either he has no clue/feel for the game and honestly thought he was down or he is so desperate right now he was just pleading for something good to happen. It just seemed like something you don't see good QBs do.
  4. Or Golisano is pulling back to see how the process goes, and if Toronto does something crazy with a huge number, he piles into the Pegula camp as a minority owner. Just a thought.
  5. Well this is something: RT @NewsRadio930 @BfloBizJimFink says he's been told the Pegula bid for the #BuffaloBills is $1.3 billion.
  6. Outside of securing the future of the team, Pegula really has the chance to literally be the singular person who rejuvinated a city. His harborcenter project is the anchor tenant to the rejuvination of the canalside region. The options available to him for putting together a sports and entertainment complex inside the city as part of a new stadium deal is a generational development for everyone, not just football fans.
  7. Location Location Location. Great for tailgating and gameday fan experience. Terrible for generating revenue and spinoff development. If you want to generate revenue outside of the 10 or 11 game days (including preseason) then you need a different style venue in a different location. It was suitable for its design and use in 1973. In today's environment, a stadium costing upwards of $750 million needs to be an economic stimulus for a region, not simply fancy new football digs.
  8. I had read that the chemo basically burned the top of the inside of his mouth and left it as an open sore, almost like a huge blistered cankersore. I can't imagine the pain with that.
  9. Man that sounds a lot like a Wannastache scheme
  10. If it comes down to Spiller not fitting into Hackett's offense, then Hackett should be the one to go. Spiller showed something special in Gailey's offense. Hackett made me want to put my head in the oven at times.
  11. Well that's starting guard money. I guess LG can't get any worse than it did last year right?
  12. I wonder what exactly qualified Hackett to be a QB coach. I understand he might be great with X's and O's, but to me, a QB coach should be someone who can work on the footwork, arm angles, and other mechanical things that a QB coach can keep hammering away at.
  13. They should do one where it compares his knee ligaments to different kinds of china to determine an equivalent.
  14. Gas was $1.22 a gallon The Euro was introduced President Clinton was Acquitted Elian Gonzalez floated to the US on a raft Y2K was a scare The Matrix was in Theatres JFK Jr. Dies Backstreet Boys were tearing up the charts All in 1999 I was in High School. I am now married, with a son, and my 10 year college reunion is coming up this year. Thinking about it like this puts it into perspective just how bad the Bills have been for such a long period of time now.
  15. A lot of names tossed around that I took for granted were still posting here, but in reflection, I guess they're not. The board has definitely changed a lot in my 8 years on here.
  16. Coach, John here. Will you be looking to make any changes or additions to your staff in the offseason?
  17. I ran across this example of why the internet can still be the best thing in the world. If you're looking to kill a few minutes and enjoy a good laugh, read some of the reviews of this book. http://www.amazon.com/Avoid-Huge-Ships-John-Trimmer/dp/0870334336/ref=sr_1_1?tag=btram-20
  18. So today's the day you throw the tuque from aunt margie and the maple leaf sweater from uncle gord into a sack, hop on the ol moose and ride on down to canadian tire and exchange em in for a two-four of some blue from the beer store.
  19. Son, I wasn't much bigger than you when I watched the last playoff game from these very seats.
  20. Like others said, helmet was 3/4 of the way off when he scored after getting popped. He did nothing wrong.
  21. You're definitely spot on about the footwork issues, however to me, it's both. His footwork is bad, and he's not cutting loose. He doesn't need to step perfectly into every throw to put some heat on it. His follow through looks abbreviated to me because he is aiming.
  22. And if you're wondering about Poojer when it comes to the elk..... yes he would.
  23. I'm not clicking the link, i'm choosing to believe the story is as written above.
