  1. PFF is the journalism equivalent of hotdog water.
  2. I think pretty much everyone saw this coming. Prison could be next.
  3. Shakir. He'll have his Cole Beasley 2.0 type numbers. Between 65-85 catches, for 750-950 yards, with 4-8 TD's. Diggs is coming off an end of October torn ACL, is almost 32, and heading into a new offense. He'll put up similar numbers to last year, even if he plays a full season.
  4. He's slotted at approximately $10.63M. That's really not that steep of a rate at this point over 4 years, even if the entire contract is guaranteed.
  5. Rookie - Landon Jackson. I think Jackson gets to camp and immediately looks like he's going to be Groot 2.0 for this defense. Non-Rookie - Dorian Williams. I think Williams hits the field running this year and looks like he's truly taken that next step.
  6. These are the same Browns that traded for Deshaun Watson and gave him $230M gtd, after the sexual predator allegations came to light. And honestly, does anyone outside of Cleveland truly believe that Dillon Gabriel was even a 3rd Round talent?
  7. Someone would poach Pickett to be their backup. He may not be that good really, but the backup talent level is thin across the board. I think this will be the order: QB1 - Flacco QB2 - Sanders QB3 - Pickett (inactive on gamedays) PS - Gabriel
  8. Tyrel Dodson made the list? The guy who washed out and was released by the team who signed him after 9 games? That's pretty funny.
  9. He's trending on the up though. 2022 - 5 2023 - 9 2024 - 14 If we can get 14 regular season games out of him and all the Playoffs, I'm good with it.
  10. Not defending Bosa, but Bruce is one of the two best DE's of all time. Being able to escape the injury bug during that time is why he is the game's all time sack leader.
  11. Not concerned about this at the moment. I'm not even concerned if he's a limited participant for TC. I want impact snaps during the regular season and Playoffs from this guy. I'm not worried about him missing OTA's. I guess it may be because I'm one the ones that are expecting a solid contribution from Landon Jackson this year as well.
  12. Lists like this, for myself personally, help me to remember how quick an NFL career goes by, how quickly it seems the years end up behind us. I remember watching many of these guys in college, and talking about some of them when the draft was coming around. Now they're over 30, and most at or close to the tail end of their careers for the most part.
  13. I was never a fan. I get more enjoyment from being on and reading this website than I ever did over there.
  14. I mean once he played, or practiced, or whatevered himself into the dog house, he never found the way out. His first year seemed promising, imo. I expected a nice step forward into year two. Then he ends up injured, then inactive, or barely seeing the field when he was active on game days. At that point, I think whatever it was had him completely and he just wasn't going to find his way onto the field consistently. I think a fresh start is good for him and he will be better in Dallas for that alone. I don't think he will all of a sudden turn into a superstar, but I think he fits better with what they do in their Secondary. For whatever reason, he fell out of favor quickly here.
  15. Tough. Battled addiction in multiple forms. Found unresponsive in December 2023, later blamed on a respiratory illness. Hopefully he has found peace in his passing.
  16. Is The Smoking Man still alive?
  17. Nah, he'll just be wherever Dad is as an assistant coach, QB coach, if that is the case.
  18. Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde had some extensive work before they got here. This guy is just a bottom of the barrel camp body who won't make it past the first cut.
  19. Pump the brakes there guy. He can't possibly be the highest paid QB in the NFL until after his 3rd season, when he becomes eligible for an extension. He can have his jersey retired and be placed on the wall of fame after two TC practices though.
  20. I live in VA and was checking tickets for the Panthers game in Charlotte. That's only about a 4 hour drive for me. Crazy prices. I'm not going if I can't get decent priced seats that are in the middle somewhere between the 30's. And I'm not paying $600-$700 a ticket.
  21. The Lance deal was an organizational flop from top to bottom. He had barely thrown 300 passes in 3 years at a Division I AA school. One year was good, albeit against weak competition. A blind man could have seen that bust of a QB walking into a room. With Purdy, you saw exactly who he is this past year. A middle of the road QB who isn't a guy that will carry the franchise. He's not terrible. He's better than at least half of the starters in the NFL. $53M a year though? Absolutely not.
  22. Purdy is not that great. He's a middling QB that is another product of the Shanahan system.
  23. I mean, the market is what it is. But guys like Tua, Lawrence, and Purdy getting this kind of money is insane.
