  1. Excellent point. The difference was Elway was surrounded by much more talented teams in those late 90s runs than in the 80s and early 90s. That's the thing with the Bills. Josh is great and the Bills have certainly fielded some very good teams around him but it just hasn't felt like he has been given a true Super Bowl caliber team around him yet. Hoping the Defense has been shored up and that is about to change. We'll see
  2. Love this movie
  3. That's a life well lived. RIP Art
  4. The first of many
  5. They say Bruce used to eat 75 wings a sitting at the Big Tree....Ed has some work to do
  6. Is this a subliminal Fire McDermott post?
  7. Closing the stadium out with a home AFC championship game win over the Chiefs preferebly but I'll take it against whoever 70,000 plus standing ovation with tears in their eyes and chants of SUPER BOWL and THANK YOU BILLS
  8. This is absolutely insane.................everybody should try cocaine at least once in their life
  9. If not for the career ending injury I think Sterling Sharpe would've locked down that 3rd spot. He was that good
  10. Yes. Made sure to go after we went to training camp. They make all of their ice cream fresh on site. Lives up to the hype. We had lunch at Pittsford Pub next door and then walked over for dessert afterwards. A solid day and kickoff to the football season Although it would have been awesome to be there the day Tre and Benford were hanging out
  11. First thing I thought of too. Those commercials were absolute classics
  12. See one of my hometown's major teams win a championship
  13. If Allen wins a Super Bowl he becomes a no brainer. I agree with the previous comments where to get recognized for a statue you should really have at least delivered one championship if not multiple. I love Jim Kelly and he is without a doubt a true wall of famer but if the Bills put a statue of him in front of the new stadium we would be a laughing stock across pro sports fans all over the country lol
  14. Just curious what years are we talking here?
  15. Honestly didn't even know it was still in existence
  16. I wouldn't consider this place being a hobby of mine but a guilty pleasure 100%
  17. There's a lot of caveats to this topic but if I am voting for one as a black and white answer to this question I am definitely voting for not making a Super Bowl appearance with Josh Allen as I still consider making the four straight Super Bowls an accomplishment in itself.
  18. Josh is a unicorn but he's def got some elements of Favre,Elway and Big Ben in his game
  19. After those first two weeks that season I thought we were going to the Super Bowl that year
  20. That's interesting, wasn't aware of that. It's funny I feel like Lucille Ball is the most forgotten about WNY celebrity. Not celebrity itself but celebrity with WNY ties. I think it's probably because once she made it out to New York and Hollywood I don't think she came back too often. I posted about it on the boards but a couple years ago for my Mom's birthday(huge Lucy fan) we went out to Jamestown and hit the Lucille Ball museum and stopped by her childhood home. Was a fun experience
