  1. I've been watching the Shaq docuseries on HBO Max. Halfway through. The first episode was decent but kinda slow but the 2nd episode was excellent.
  2. That's why it's fun to go on record after the regular season/before the playoffs start and then go back and revisit once we see who gets there
  3. What are the teams you can realistically see making it to the Super Bowl from each conference this year? I'm going with the below. I'd be shocked if someone outside of those teams made it personally speaking. Who do you have? AFC: Buffalo Cincinatti Kansas City NFC: Philadelphia San Francisco
  4. These Sabres games just keep getting better and better and more exciting. The best part is watching this team win the fans back. Atmosphere looked electric on TV. I'll be in attendance on Tuesday.
  5. Still human beings. One player lost his brother this year. You can't put a price on that
  6. God I hope not...this year would be understandable with the unprecedented event that just occurred but that would totally suck to make it a normal thing
  7. This has been the most mentally exhausting season as a fan...I can't even imagine how the players must feel at this point
  8. Is this the one that was originally on HBO? I always wanted to see that but they haven't shown it in years now
  9. Could be a 30 for 30 or something else. HBO has done a ton of great sports documentaries too, Showtime has had a few. I have so many that I probably won't be able to narrow down a list so I'm just curious what other people have liked
  10. Let's Go Buffalo! 🎾
  11. I liked watching Taxi when I was younger. Latka and Reverend Jim were great. That's mostly what I knew about Andy Kaufman but Man on the Moon was a great movie and there is also a Documentary out there somewhere(I believe Netflix but could be wrong?) on the making of that movie and behind the scenes stuff that was really good too. The Tony Clifton bit he had going on was pretty funny. Andy Kaufman is probably underrated at this point but I think he was considered a pretty funny comic in his heyday?
  12. How would it be a pity award?? He has the Bills at 12-3 amidst all the turmoil this season
  13. I get this point of view and have seen a lot of people comparing this and that but the thing that makes this situation unique is one of their teammates almost just DIED on the field the other night. It's gotta be awfully tough to get yourself in the right state of mind to play a football game at 100% after just witnessing that. I'm not saying I think they are going to forfeit the NE game but I just feel so bad for these guys right now. This isn't your typical let's rally and use this as motivation scenario that just occured, they have gotta be in a weird state of mind still.
  14. His skillset is insane. I see elements of Pavel Datsyuk and Alexander Ovechkin in his game in a guy with the body of Eric Lindros. A real unicorn
  15. First class organization and fanbase. I'll have no problem rooting for the Bengals when they're not playing against us
  16. Not afraid of any team nor should you be if your team is a true Super Bowl contender. Would definitely prefer to not have to play BOTH KC and Cincy though
  17. The Josh Allen factor
  18. We already knew this team has talent...but today's game showed me this team has HEART! Impressive Win
  19. Somewhere in the middle
  20. My heart says Yes...but my bank account says No
  21. Thank You Sabres!! Much needed win after everything the city has been dealing with
  22. He was talented in his prime but he was such a Diva....Don't think he would've fit in well with the locker room we have
  23. These are both great stories!
  24. It really is a sad reality of modern times, especially in 2020 once Covid became a thing and everybody wanted to weigh in with their two cents. I think social media and the way we use it to communicate also plays a LARGE role in these types of issues. Although my original post was more about naturally drifting away from our childhood friends as we grow up I do think this point is a good spinoff to the conversation because I have heard stories of people losing long-time friends over politics, social issues etc.
