  1. Better to go the way of Westworld and remove the individual element all together. Wouldn't surprise me if the NFL isn't already working on it to some degree deep in their secret underground bunker...
  2. Smh. A seat at the table is just what it implies--the Pegula's get a front row seat in the war room to listen in in real time as the pick is discussed and made by McBeane and Company. That's a perk no owner is likely to turn down or, in fact, not have offered to them by the front office...
  3. While I don't expect it, Pittsburgh trading up to get Rothlisburger's replacement would be a double head slap, given how we lost out to them in 2004...
  4. That video was a nice analysis. From everything I've seen, Rosen just has so many more NFL traits in his game than the other QBs. Putting the ball in the right place so the receiver can do something with it, being quick and decisive, having enough arm strenght (and the ability to judge when to use it), sliding around in the pocket. I hope he's the guy...
  5. http://www.pictame.com/media/993687625267044644_300743991
  6. Yep. Where's Josh Barnett when you need him...
  7. Something about Darnold's throwing motion in that Penn State game video looks funky to me. He's not coming over the top, in a fluid (classic) NFL QB style. More like a stiff, three-quarters heaving motion that gets even more messed up when his feet aren't set. Every time I see video of this guy I scratch my head and say "where's the beef?" He might eventually become a good starter with more experience--but seems way too raw to be a top 5 pick, IMO...
  8. SDS, for expanding the "ignore user" feature from 16 pages to an unlimited number...
  9. What's next? Getting a Bison at the zoo to play "Buffalo pie" bingo for the Bills pick...
  10. Yep. Rosen is their #1 QB prospect, based on this article: http://insidethepylon.com/nfl/2018-nfl-draft/2018/04/19/itps-day-one-2018-draft-favorites/
  11. Sounds good to me.... https://www.huffingtonpost.com/george-beall/8-key-differences-between_b_12814200.html
  12. Many people say that...
  13. Right now, the roster is more expansion team than playoff team, IMO. The draft will plug some holes, but this is a rebuilding team with major weaknesses at QB, OL, WR and LB...
  14. Reverse of those numbers much more likely...
  15. Tough, tough start for a team that will still be learning to playing together...
  16. Same here... Check with your dealer. They probably can get you a trial promotion for 3-6 months, especially if it's a new car.
  17. IDK, there's always more demand than supply. All it takes is two teams bidding for one player to drive the price higher. Next year that will surely be the case as well, and more than likely there will be more demand as the franchise guys age out and good teams look to reload...
  18. Given the political landscape in NF, I'd say that's a wise strategy. Niagara Falls leadership has been a corrupt cluster**** for over 50 years and they have nobody to blame but themselves for the state of the city...
  19. One year wonders come and go. Mayock's five-year average is impressive and he's the go-to guy for me...
  20. Looks like he isn't going to have a book this year: http://actasports.com/nfl-draft-preview/ Pro Football Weekly biting the dust for a few years (and being a shell of itself in its new incarnation) put him into the self-publishing world. Must have burned some bridges with Arkush as he's way better than Greg Gabriel, the guy PFW is using now...
  21. Wow! Six pages on this--the draft can't come soon enough. IMO, Peterman is what he is--a Gail Gilbert / Brian Brohm ship-in-the night guy who'll be here a couple of years and then sail off into trivia question land...
  22. I don't see a resemblance. But I wasted 30 seconds on the Internet, so we're good....
