  1. I'm amazed the Buffalo News could get a story saying he asked to be traded out of that interview. SMH...
  2. What's the odds of his head exploding by the end of the season. I'll take 75%...
  3. I have to admit, that's a headline I never expected to see: http://www.nfl.com/videos/nfl-game-highlights/0ap3000001040817/Nathan-Peterman-s-best-plays-Preseason-Week-1
  4. Yikes...in 2018, he placed as the No. 83 cornerback in the NFL out of 112 qualified players, per Pro Football Focus. https://www.yardbarker.com/nfl/articles/panthers_to_release_cb_captain_munnerlyn/s1_14819_28509893

  6. Too bad he left. I come here 90% of the time for news, which he was great at providing links to...
  7. One thing you might consider is adding an actual computer to the TV--making it much more powerful than simply a "smart TV" that can connect to the net. I have one of these ( https://www.tomsguide.com/us/lenovo-thinkcentre-m710q-tiny,review-5501.html ) mounted behind my TV and I love it--I can stream, surf, store music and video and run actual programs. Add a wireless keyboard and its so much more than a TV... If you're into gaming, you could spend a bit more and get one of these: https://www.pcworld.com/article/3267074/intel-hades-canyon-nuc-nuc8i7hvk-review.html
  8. "College tackle lacking the physical profile to stay at tackle in the NFL but deficient in leverage and power that could make a transition to guard too challenging." LOL. That's a lot of faint praise there...
  9. That is a typical NFL pass that an NFL receiver should have no problem hauling in...
  10. I believe that project is almost entirely financed with private money, aside from a new train station ($105 million, of which the developer is reimbursing the state for $97 million over 40 years)....
  11. That's deplorable...
  12. Only newbs leave immediately after a game. Most tix holders go back to the parking lot and wait for traffic to thin out... If anything, it's more of a mess in OP now since there are only 3-4 main exit routes. In downtown Buffalo, there are many, many exit routes in every direction (if you're familiar with the city and not some suburban deer in the headlight-type). A downtown stadium would be a different game day experience. But not one that's anywhere near a shitshow...
  13. My prediction? Boring football, lots of mistakes, many shots of kids having fun in the stadium and falling asleep in the fourth quarter...
  14. 200-plus. Good times, bad times. You know I had my share...
  15. Fixed. https://buffalonews.com/2015/06/13/marine-drive-apartments-in-trouble-on-the-waterfront/ Marine Drive Apartments is owned and run by the Buffalo Municipal Housing Authority, which charges monthly rental fees ranging from $305 to $565, including most utilities. The apartment complex was built for low-income residents in 1951, and was originally called Dante Place. In the 1960s, the authority turned over the operations to a tenants’ association. Many older tenants said the tenants’ association did an excellent and efficient job of running Marine Drive and maintaining the property for 40 years. But critics accused the tenants’ association of discriminating against minorities who applied to move in and giving special preference to government employees and people with political connections. “It was publicly subsidized segregation,” said Scott Gehl, executive director of Housing Opportunities Made Equal, a not-for-profit group that fights housing discrimination in Buffalo. “A lot of the older tenants say things were wonderful in the good old days, but it was a segregated place for people who were blessed with political connections.”
  16. He's the living embodiment of the No Fun League. Maybe the competition committee should pass a Red Flag rule for coaching candidates...
  17. Preseason. It's fun, nobody cares about the game and he can run around without being trampled by drunks...
  18. Not like it is today. Town of West Seneca Population 1960: 29, 575 2017: 45,325 Town of Amherst Population 1960: 51,123 2018: 125,659 Town of Lancaster Population 1960: 19,068 2018: 43,270

  20. No way. Not without practicing for over a week...
  21. If The Athletic management wanted him to have a press pass, then that would be significant. Apparently, they don't... ESPN is a media partner of the NFL...
