That's a stretch. Unless the claim is that multiple people forged Cumming's signature since 2017. None of them are truly consistent. And apparently, the June 2018 signature is the official version on file (as an svg graphic) with the Capitol. (And the key to handwriting analysis isn't the shape of the letters; it's the direction and strength of the pen strokes. "The 's' on the end is different!" is not as big an indicator, as much as the strokes that make the 's' are wildly different. It's easy to change the shape of letters; much tougher to change the way you hold and move the pen.)
