I would think if you are installing it on an existing roof that has sheathing in place already, noise wouldn't be much of an issue with an insulated attic below. You would get more noise if the roof is installed over only strapping and the rain would hit the metal with nothing behind it. Otherwise they are know to last along time if done correctly and with quality materials. The keys are always doing the flashing and weatherstipping/waterproofing behind it correctly. Cost wise I wouldn't use it for a home you dont plan on staying long in as the return on investment probably wont be much in a sale compared to just putting a new asphalt shingle roof on. A shingle roof, if done correctly with quality materials can last a long time, problem is finding a good contractor who knows what they are doing and isnt gojng to try and cut corners. I see it too much today where new work is coming apart cause it wasnt done correctly by the contractor. I was talked out of getting a high end furnace at my old house cause I said I was going to be putting the house up for sale. He said it wasnt wortb it because most people wont care if its low 90% or high 90% efficiency when purchasing, they will only care that the unit is new and wont pay extra just because it's a higher efficiency.

This could also be a sign of things changing on offence around here. He was never great, just decent/good and only got alotnof attention because of his grandfather, otherwise most wouldn't care if he makes the roster or not. I dont think having him on the roster makes the team all that much better, but keeping him on the roster doesnt make the team any worse. He is upgradeable.....

The only one looking bad in this is KB. Theres video with audio, Cam comes up to talk to KB about what he said and KB just looked to run away and didnt want to talk about it. If you are going to say things like he said about Cam, he needs to be able to back it up in person when confronted, not run away and hide making the comments on Twitter or just to the media. KB could have talked and they could have buried things right there, or he could have at least told him they could go talk somewhere else or after Bout it instead of just trying to brush him off. He didnt do the right thing, the right thing would have been to talk it out with him and if things start to escalate to where there could be a physical confrontation to walk away. KB made the comments behind a screen and media about Cam, now he runs away when confronted? If you cant back up your words, you should be talking then. O dont think the Bill's front office is going to be upset with him if they both stood there and talked. If things got heated and physical then yes the team would most likely be upset but Cam Cam over and tried to talk.

You think many of the guys out there on offence at that time in the game will be on the team longer then the 2nd string punter? Most of the guys playing with Allen are most likely to be cut or PS guys, so does it matter if they wanted to see the 2nd string Punter kick it, or scrubs go for a 4th down in a game where the outcome doesnt matter? Maybe he wanted to see a little more of what the defence could do in a game?

2 good series in a preseason game........ Cant blame him for a historically bad 1/2 of a regular season game, but can annoint him a starter after 2 series in game 1 of the preseason....... This is coming from the same fanbase that thought Trent Edward's was also going to be a great starting QB......

Well, Tyrod went 5 for 5 for 99 yards and a TD in 2 series for the Browns tonight in their opener....... Mason Rudolph, who some wanted so they could keep their picks and not make any trades, went 7 of 12 for 101 yards (no TDS) Lamar Jackson went 7 of 18 for 119 yards Mahommes went 5 of 7 for 33 yards My point? dont really have one because its only the 1st Preseason game and the stats don't really mean anything yet........
