While the Bills are playing the Bengals here are some random thoughts. XM radio has the home teams radio broadcast group. After listening to the Bengals duo, please do not ever, ever complain about Murphy and Kelso. The Bengals anouncers are as dry as toast and colorful as a the color of a battleship...ugh While watching the NFL redzone, it is confirmed that Cam Newton has 'it'. The kid is a player and when Carolina gets a better supporting cast, the Panthers are going to be a good team. Yes I know it is only Cam's 5th game, but he is gonna be a good pone. Lot of empty seats in Cincy from the few crowd shots I have seen,... I will be interested to see the attendance figure. Lastly, it was 50 years ago that Roger Maris hit homer 61.

Just before half time I began to mow the front yard. Finished midway through the 3rd quarter and I was pleasantly surprised to return to the score of 21--17 Back in the day I shovelled the driveway at the half time of THE comeback. So if the Bills are losing at the half, I need to do some outside work.

Bills winning the AFC championship in 1964 over Sna Diego. Mike Stratton, THE hit. Watching the 51-3 AFC championship in the sports book at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The room was full of Raider fans and a few of us Bills fans. After half time we had the place to ourselves. Plus Mrs. Lew hit a big win at the slot machine.

I hear ya WVUFootball29.. We had a good time last year. This year's schedule just did not work for me, but in 2012, I'll be in attendance. At the golf course and at the tailgate.
