  1. i just went through this entire thread to see if anybody made that joke yet thanks for waiting until the last damn page. bastard
  2. just bc he has a great attitude, is tough, and plays hurt doesnt make him good. i hope he is but i wouldnt be banking on it
  3. HAHAHHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA omfg thats fkd up
  4. i have no problem with a pastor carrying a gun. being a man of god does not mean you dont have the right to protect yourself. even a renouned pacifist like the great mlk says very clearly that morality includes physical violence when defending yourself (though he differentiates that from civil disobedience where total pacifism is required) i can see why most religious leaders choose to rely on their faith to be their only protection and i respect that kind of decision of conscience. however, that does not have to be the standard of behavior, its also completely appropriate to be armed and prepared to act if you are forced to i dont carry but i would if i felt i had to and i dont mind other people that legally do. i love everybody but that doesnt mean im not a realist. lots of very messed up and maximally aggressive people out there, and if it comes down to you or me then i will do what i gotta do and ventilate your cranium if you force me to. sounds to me like thats exactly what this pastor is saying
  5. lol yeah if you consider 1950's style nationalistic braggadocio reasonably strong he gets credit for brokering a partnership with pakistan and for penning a couple nuclear treaties in russia but other than that junior had disasterous foreign policy
  6. ... and ron paul and poppy and ronnie man am i committed to this charade or what
  7. honestly ive never liked al gore. he is incredibly annoying yet i still voted for him over george jr who i saw as incredibibly stupid for a presidential candidate and was a documented failure for everything he touched - and that was BEFORE the worst presidential term in history despite my distaste for al, he probably would have been a pretty decent president. he is quite smart and had a very good resume for the job. once people actually get that job they tend to grow into the big chair as the weight of the world sort of forces them to mature (and age) very fast. i think al would have been one to evolve quickly and do reasonably well. he may be annoying but he was qualified as hell. and of course if not for a literal handful of florida votes he would have prevented the dummy king from making history in a very bad way for the record, i voted for george senior and would again if i could. i thought he was pretty good and deserved a second term. too bad his son was such a total incompetent fk up, and even more too bad the electorate couldnt see that - TWICE
  8. swear to god when i read that title i thought it said 'woodson cant get a stiff', which would have been a LOT different
  9. fitz was playing at a probowl level. then he signed his contract and pulled a jauron stafford
  10. maybe not now but at that blueball bursting stage yeah probably
  11. if he throws in bacon wraps i think you should give him the parking
  12. well fwiw i think kolb is probably the best out of that whole list - not that its saying much but hes probably at the top of that pile of mediocrity AND still has the possibility of upside. i mean any qb at any time can put it together, but the more games they play the less likely that becomes. probably the only other one in that list that has a decent chance to break out is flynn for grins id rank them this way: kolb flynn fitz cassel tjax campbell orton mccoy daniel orton
  13. i have never participated in these 'last post wins' threads and i refuse to start now
  14. can he play quarterback?
  15. at least i think we can all agree we desperately need more amanda bynes jokes
  16. i would think somebody would have to seriously fall into their lap to use a highish pick at rb but they probably do need to see if they can get lucky with a udfa or two. freddie is going to hit the wall harder than amanda bynes is crazy and we all know choice is solid but limited. it would be nice if they had somebody to groom, but its not high enough a priority to burn a decent pick on
  17. yeah for sure, fitz was real good at setting blocking and getting the ball out. ive never been sold on the line being a top unit, but they sure as hell should be considerably better than the cards wall of sieve so, agreed that kolb is going to get sacked a ton more than fitz did regardless of scheme. now we just have to hope it isnt enough to derail his efficiency to the point he just confirms his failure in the desert
  18. despite the admitted incredible amout of panty bunched whining that goes on around issues like this, if kolb starts stringing wins together im pretty sure virtually everybody will pretend like they knew he would work out all along
  19. yeah IF kolb earns his total contract then yeah he sure as hell will be an upgrade. im very confident buddy made sure of that. i just seriously doubt he has it in him. but i sure hope im wrong. it would be really nice for once for the bills to scoop the league on somebody they all passed up. hey it could happen
  20. haha nice find
  21. honestly i dont see an upgrade here. both guys are bottom tier nfl starting caliber players. fitz has better td and compl% numbers (counting only his time in bflo), while kolb has lower pick% and isnt horrendously inaccurate on long passes the one difference is that kolb is a little younger with less playing experience so he may still have upside, im not sure fitz can get any better at this point
  22. you made that all up. which is fair to say since you didnt provide a link or explain where it came from
  23. so an average kid with no special skills and an apparently huge lack of self awareness doesnt get into elite schools with extremely limited enrollment shocking
  24. i cant beleed nobody mentioned the Kolb Shredded Wild Boar Sandwich
