I always thought it was proper etiquette to offer the kid closest to your car $5 ( or was that $2) to guarantee your car was ok when you got back. Always seemed to work and the kid was always waiting for you to return.

I always believed Ice was another creation of HogBoy's. Didn't stop believing until Ice went to a game, I believe in Minny, where he met a few posters here. So while we are on the subject why not remove the ban on Ice. I always liked his draft prognostications and it is that time of year. I was refering to the kickoff distances Kelly listed in his original posts. A 45 yard field goal is more equivalent to a 50 yard kickoff. The fact that those short kickoffs were very short when looking at field goal distance but I understand your "assumed" statement. If the fg kick was short there would be a dozen posters here saying "couldn't this coaching staff tell it was windy out!!"

I have to agree with everything Kelly said. On top of that I don't see anyone mentioning that a field goal has t clear the goal posts which adds another 5 to 10 yards to the distance. Imagine the fuss made if they went for it and the wind blew it down 10 yards short.

One thing that hasn't been mentioned, it is the Thanksgiving weekend. A lot of people on the road. Seems this is always a tough weekend to sell out early for the Bills.

receivers consistantly catch high throws? It was a pleasure watching the receivers go up and come down with the ball instead of tipping it for an incompletion or intereception. To me this was the best the group performed in the last 4 years. Again this as a Group.

Robert James with George Saimes a close second. Don't have any favorites now.

James was worth the price of admission. You could say there was only one knock on James. That is he never played on a great team and because of that he got very little recognition. If James played on the Bills of the early 90's, they'd have at least two rings and he would be known as the best all time corner. Remember, he covered with bump and run and shutdown his guy. What a bummer of a year that was James and Tony Green out in the same season.
