  1. That is very true.
  2. That is so funny because it is what I thought also.
  3. It is still early in the season, but KC may be on the march to the first pick. So how can you judge a team when they play against the Chiefs? Then, add in how many bad throws Cassel had and the game would have been a lot closer. Funny how fans see the bad throws and missed opportunities by their QB, but you tend ignore those of the other guy. It really helps the defense look good. And I can say that without being pessimistic.
  4. You ever watch Jim Kelly?
  5. If they assumed they would show up, the spread would not be that close.
  6. I believe Fitz wasn't pulled because they were afraid to put Thigpen in. If they would not put him in today, Fitz will have to be unable to play to get them to put him in. I'm guessing he is gone as soon as TJ is ready.
  7. That call could have gone either way with whatever ref's were out there. IMO I thought the refs were at least as good as the normal refs and one hellofalot better than the Bills were. If there was a bad call it was on the Bills interception where the foot was clearly over the end line. There are always a few that could go either way. Who knows how many non-calls were made today.
  8. I'd be interested in the Cost of the stadium per game/event over the years. I know there have been a few non football events over the years but not many that I can remember.
  9. Nice to see you posting.
  10. I'm a bit surprised that not much is being made of the Jets coming off a bye week. I think that did contribute to the outcome today.
  11. I don't get what your trying to say. Care to explain?
  12. My link I don't think anyone posted this link, but it shows Marv's opinion of the team at the start of the season. He wasn't too happy to see his guys go. I think in Marv's opinion, his guys were not the problem.
  13. Playing the Bengals, a weak team, after a big emotional win. That will give us an idea of what this team is really made of. And just two short years ago, it seemed our receivers were never open. What happened?
  14. Fulton was untouched by the great depression. I like to say we got a running start for the second one.
  15. Does this mean no team in the league thought he was worth a 3rd?
  16. When I read the title of the thread, James was the first person to come to mind. He is my favorite all-time Bill. Truly an amazing player. You should probably add fearless to your list. Wasn't afraid to throw his body at anyone.
  17. My memory of this is a bit different. The Bills were going to franchise Bennett but he told the Bills 'don't worry I'm staying". Then, as soon as he had his freedom, signed with Atlanta.
  18. So in the most important draft of your life, you drafted a QB. Then you admittedly didn't treat her well which was like playing the QB behind a terrible offensive line. I'm assuming in this case the QB said I'm not gonna take it anymore and dropped out of football i.e. divorced you. Then, your looking back and sayingyou probably screwed up by not giving the QB a real chance to succeed. So life is just like the Buffalo Bills but the Bills haven't found their keeper yet. And don't take any of this personally, as it wasn't about you but was intended to show how the NFL draft is really like getting married. You don't always succeed but at the time the choice looks like an all pro. Also, it may not work out because it was just a bad pick or the team just didn't supply the right atmosphere for the draftee to succeed.
  19. I believe Saban goes on the first year Ralph doesn't own the team.
  20. Thanks for that link. I'm sorry I did not find that place sooner.
  21. If that qualifies Lance Rentzal makes the team.
  22. Well, that explains the game he had to leave for a few moments with "stomach cramps."
  23. I thought the same thing at the time but Palmer has looked like that all season. IMO, he is the reason for their poor season. If he did it on purpose, he should be worried they would use the high pick to draft his replacement.
