Land of the lost too.
Has anyone seen Escape From New York or the Warriors lately? I loved them as a kid but probably not since the 80s. Seems they could be candidates. Also, Big Trouble in Little China, no wait, I still love it!
I saw him a year before he died. He had his back to the audience the whole time and he was reading all of his jokes from his notebook. It was still funny but kind of awkward. After the show he had a little meet and greet he was wearing a Hugh Hefner robe and smoking a pipe and he seemed very comfortable then. The next year I was in Hawaii and my friend had tickets to see him at the same place in richmond, Virginia and he never showed up and that's when we learned he died. RIP
“I bought a doughnut and they gave me a receipt for the doughnut; I don't need a receipt for the doughnut. I'll just give you the money, and you give me the doughnut, end of transaction. We don't need to bring ink and paper into this. I just can't imagine a scenario where I would have to prove that I bought a doughnut.”
Who's everyone rooting for now? Now that Lindy and the Devils are out I'm pulling for Edmonton. Just really don't want Vegas, Carolina or Dallas to win.
That's actually....impressive. I have friends who have visited Mexico and bargained like anything in the markets
I don't think wolves sharpen their fangs. They just use them.
My parents went to Acapulco on their honeymoon. They went to the jewelry store and got the deal they wanted. My mother is half Mexican and half Danish with blonde hair and fair skin. The guys in the store were speaking in Spanish and one said don't go any lower than X not thinking my mom understood them perfectly. 🤣
I saw Billy a few years back at Riot Fest. Very good live. I was never a big fan back in the 80s but always loved Steve Stevens and Billy is great in the Wedding Singer, haha.
