So, Marley's ghost really was a bit of underdone potato? Of course Sherlock Holmes would be a rationalist . . .

A pale snide laugh is the response of the totalitarian who can comfortably deny the importance of censorship because he presumes his own voice shall never be subject to the same violence. And also, of course, because he is complicit by approbation, dismissing dissent as risible. Not so amiable Joe, grifting Joe, bad policy Joe, befuddled, pharmacy aided, carefully managed puppet Joe is not subject to scrutiny because those who disagree are designated bad people who can be silenced with impunity.

We Are A Center Left Country
Dr. Who replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Nah, they have herd immunity -- and if not, Kamala and Chinese Biden urge their supporters to bail them out. -
Probably thinks the compliant leftist judges that legislate from the bench are perfectly fine. They literally arrogate to themselves the power reserved to the people who vote for their representatives in the legislature.

Gameday Thread Week 4.5 Bills @ Titans 2nd Half

That fella is another troll. Folks who only show up to relish the unhappiness of others are a special class of ghoul. -

And you are still a troll. -
Pretty sure a Democrat taking responsibility for their mistakes = blame Trump. In that respect, they are all very responsible.

The people are saying what their techno overlords have told them to think. They're just ratifying the totalitarian groupthink already in place -- Puerto Rico, DC Statehood, electoral college goodbye, packing the Court. So long republic; we couldn't keep it. They slipped up with Trump the first time because they didn't think he had a chance. Unless there's a wave of silent anger at the massive loss of liberty and respect for the dignity of the common man and innocent life, it's welcome to Venezuela.

The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency
Dr. Who replied to Nanker's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Yes, but not a high bar. And it's too bad one has to commend the media nowadays for making some effort to actually do their jobs. -
Ahh, make them hire Bill O'Brien as GM.

French vanilla and pistachio favorite ice creams for moi. Haven't tried candied pecans, but I'll give it a try.

Most of the left is basically nihilist.

Cashews, pistachios, honey roasted peanuts.

Not a lot left in FA in goal. Maybe they have a trade in the works. So far, don't get not signing Kahun. I'd rather have kept angry Larry, too. It's one thing if you're bringing in good players, but so far it looks like they overpaid for Zemgus, bet on Tage (which I don't mind, actually) and then brought in maybe a 4th line PK fella that can't score.

I grew a beard, don't have to shave as much, can wear a Bills' theme mask and folks can't see my growly old man you're an idiot scowl. What's not to like? -
It’s Officially a Base Election
Dr. Who replied to SectionC3's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
By Biden can win on his own now you mean he can continue to be aided and abetted by a compliant press that shows no interest in asking him a tough question or investigating Hunter Biden or Biden's role in the Russia hoax or the ineptitude of his more than four decades as a political creature in DC, etc. etc. Personally, I hope he starts to think that way because it ain't close to over. -

Tent was already expanded back in 2016 to include traditional blue collar Dems and others attracted to a populist element lacking in the old GOP. Trump is going to get a fair portion of the Hispanic vote and I think do better with African Americans than many folks suspect. I don't believe there are too many genuine undecideds at this point. You'd have to be moronically indifferent. Post-election litigation almost certain no matter what. -
2020 Election is officially Trump vs Biden
Dr. Who replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
The press has shown itself to be lying, partisan, and delusional. I don't trust the polls. Maybe they are correct, but I think it is all on the level of Pravda at this point. Just vote your conscience and pray for your country. -
Week 5: Bills at Titans on Tuesday Night Football
Dr. Who replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The 1970s apparently. -
Wanted Rossi who was the "right" Josh over there, but I don't see how you can hate on this pick. RW is certainly a position of need.

Reasons why I should vote for Biden.....
Dr. Who replied to Westside's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Don't forget Puerto Rico and DC statehood, abolishing the electoral college and packing the court. Why wouldn't you vote for one party rule if you are a Democrat? -
Could Josh Norman be the missing link?
Dr. Who replied to Penfield45's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Scientists have been looking for this for years. I am skeptical. -
From before Trump was elected, the DC Swamp and compliant media have been hostile. The never ending impeachment based on a hoax, the continual selective leaking from bad actors, the partisan behavior of the press resulting in utterly unbalanced reporting -- Trump absolutely can plausibly run as an outsider because he still is an outsider.
