It was so long ago that I don't remember the year, but it was the game where Flutie went in for a 1 or 2 yard TD against Tampa Bay in the last seconds of a game to win, after a tremendous stop by Pat Williams. The TD looked to be on a busted play. I was at this game in Rich Stadium and the fans went beserk. Old ladies actually fell on me and I wound up on the bottom of a pile of people. The madness continued into the parking lot. Great times!

The thing is, I am by no means obligated to like this, or any other Bills draft. Looking back at other horrid drafts, if I thought that most of them were good I would look rather foolish. We have an all time great quarterback and did little to nothing to help him. In round one we drafted another revolving door cornerback, and didn't stop there. I am pretty sure that even those who somehow are happy with this draft will admit that the NFL is now an offense oriented league. The days of the "Steel Curtain" and the "Fearsome Foursome" are long gone. Like you, I hope for the best and will always support the Bills. That said, I have lived through some very dumb defense oriented drafts, and they didn't work even before the rule changes that favor offenses. Either way.....GO BILLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You really couldn't make this up. I do however think that nobody who follows the Bills should have expected any other draft philosophy from McDermott. 🙄😔

I know that it doesn't seem to be a position of need, but I would like to see the Bills draft Alabama TE CJ Dippre. He has very good hands and can really block. He's a bg kid and I think he did 26 reps with 225 at the combines. His numbers were hindered by playing with Milroe at QB. Dippre would be great to have on the roster in case of injuries to Knox or Kincaid. Jmo.

This kid is going to be great imo. I was at the Alabama vs. Arkansas in 2023 and Jackson was unstoppable. I have no idea how or why he lasted this long.
