Say what you want about Bush's production on the field, but the Saints will tell you that he was an integral part of the offense and their game plan. The way LBs peeled off their responsibility to have to decide between covering Bush or a TE or WR allowed for easy pickings for Drew Brees. He will be missed in New Orleans. I am curious as to how they are going to use Bush. He obviously isn't a between the tackles runner. But Miami has made the most out of the Wildcat. I think he'll be a different player in Miami.

I was waiting for the Astrojanitor to chime in with his response and I am glad he did. I see we share a lot of similar current bands. Another band that I really enjoy is the Starvations and I have to agree that the Gothic Country of The Heartless Bastards is some of the most depressing stuff I have ever heard. It is what country should sound like!

Wasn't indicating that he was an all-pro or that the numbers were all-pro like. I was actually surprised to look at his stats to find out that when he was injured, he was only two catches short of his career high. He is a role player and the combination of what he can do with the ball in the open field and his return skills, make him a very valuable commodity for the team.

Before Roscoe went down last year, he was on pace for 66 catches, 800 yards, and 4 TDs. The 66 catches would've been good for 2nd on the team.

Mark's Texas Hots on Monroe Avenue is superior to Nick Tahou's IMHO. The cheeseburger plates they have are rediculously good. It's all relative though.

Last night at a work event in Philly, we met former 1996 3rd round draft pick Matt Stevens. Him and his fiancee live in the apartment building where the work event was and they came in and intorduced themselves. There was an older thread about what had happened to him since he has been out of football. To tell you the truth, I had no idea he played for and was drafted by the Bills. When we met, his fiance said that he was a former Philadelphia Eagle and he played 8 seasons in the NFL. We talked about music. He was wearing a Hatebreed shirt and had tattoos all over his body. He was a little stand offish and shy, but when we said that we worked in advertising for the Phillies and the Eagles, he opened up a little bit. I would like the 18 game season and the Thursday night games. If they move to an 18 game season, each team can have two bye weeks with the bye weeks scheduled so that there aren't too many short weeks.
