  1. Good. I didn't want him
  2. Kinda like McLovin last year.
  3. True. They really have to cap these crazy rookie contracts.
  4. Great. Dude hasn't proven anything yet.
  5. Or maybe we go for a player!
  6. Loved the signing of TO at first, thought it could kinda put us over the top. My only problem with it now is it is a one year deal. That being said, we will draft a WR today, kinda high. I would much rather grab a know player, Boldin, than an unknown draft pick. Get it done nodnarb, oops, Brandon!
  7. If Curry is gone and Crabtree is available, of course the Bills would take him. I for one, would applaud it. Best player available baby!
  8. Reading all these mocks, draft guides and websites and each of the top prospects have some question mark. Worst thing we can do is draft a "top 10" prospect, and have him not pan out....oops, didn't we do that with Big Mike?? The whole thing is a crapshoot, either you draft Bruce Smith, or you end up with Tony Mandarich. Funny thing is you can also get a Tom Brady in the sixth round. Can't wait for this to get going and for the start of the season.
  9. Pettigrew will go 18 to 20, possibly in a trade up. Won't be avail at 21 or 28. Plenty of other TE's available later in the draft that can make an impact.
  10. Pretty much old news, but now the fun begins! My question: How much time does Detroit take off the clock to "officially" submit the pick?? I say the full time.
  11. At home with my son. Watching ESPN (tradition) and on this website with my laptop. Pizza, wings and some pepsi....
  12. No, his brother Jack....much tastier....
  13. Actually, I don't know why I'm saying this, I hope the best for him. He has all the physical tools, but not the head. It WILL be interesting to see how he pans out.
  14. I would like to see another TE on this roster in the mold of Metzellars, if Pettigrew can fill those shoes make him the first pick. But, I can't help wondering if the lack of talk about Sheffler is the fact the Bills have a draft day trade in place after the first round for him. That way they can target another player while other NFL teams are sold on us going for Pettigrew. Just a thought.
  15. Yup. Bills HAVE to draft at least one tackle this weekend.
  16. The Bills are dumping high price salaries, maybe looking to get younger. Don't think he would be in their plans any longer, certainly not mine. Would have liked him last year to "put us over the top" as a rental, don't really want him for the long term.
  17. I wonder if the Bills have already squared away a trade for a TE, maybe Sheffler? This way, they could smoke screen they are after Pettigrew, keeping the real pick secret not allowing other teams to trade in and take our guy. Doubtful, but would rather have a good young vet than a unproven player most of the time.
  18. The issue I have with it is, what pick could we possibly get for him? A 7th? Wouldn't be worth it if it is.
  19. Either the Bills think this is a pretty deep draft, and are trying to stockpile picks, or are slashing costs. Man I hope it has nothing to do with money.
  20. I wouldn't put all those on Peters, but plainly a bunch of them were. An elite LT, even one who didn't attend training camp, should not be giving up such easy sacks like that. He looked like a friggen turnstile. Just makes me feel better about getting rid of the load.
  21. Nice videos. But remember the punt return was against a bunch of slow college kids. Regardless, Leodis showed me more than enough last year to hand over the punt and kick return duties to him. I say trade Roscoe, don't really need a one dimensional player on a team with so many holes. BTW, don't expect very much in return. No other team is going to pay a 3rd for a punt return guy unless it turns into a bidding war. 3rd rounder is just one round less than NE* got for for Cassell. 4th at best, probably a 5th.
  22. Face it. It's a new breed of NFL player. One that does not want to end up paralyzed ending his career, or end up in a wheelchair at age 50 because his body is so broken down. Look at Barry Sanders, arguably the best RB ever to play the game (certainly the most elusive) quit in his prime (I know, the fact the Lions were terrible had something to do with it). Today's player just wants to squeeze a few good years out of his first contract to hit the big FA payday, and coast. Good riddance Peters, hope you enjoy the money when you could possibly be the best LT to ever play the game if you actually thought about why you just got beat for the sack, instead of your contract. Scr*w the HOF, just coast now for a few years.
  23. Uhm. Peppers would command MUCH more than we got for Peters.
  24. Yes. Especially about heart and strong work ethic. He may end up being the best LT in NFL history, God knows he has the physical tools. The mental tools is up for debate. My gut feeling is he plays well for Philly this year, and within a few years is considered a bust, and the Bills ripped off the Eagles. Enjoy the payday while it lasts Peters....
