  1. This is like watching a pre-season game.
  2. That grounding may be Tyrod’s last pass as Brown.
  3. That was kind of funny. Never seen a player wipe their butt with the football and throw into crowd
  4. He’s as neutral as Preston Brown, a guy who McBeane didn’t want anymore.
  5. Arizona may give us a run for the #1 pick. Outside of that, it’s probably gonna take some QB injuries for any other team to enter into the mix.
  6. Darby is the one who sticks out like sore thumb on that list. We got a 3rd rounder for a top flight CB still on his rookie deal.
  7. He was not ready to play in the NFL. His coaches may have ruined his career by playing him too early. He needs to increase his arm strength before he’s ready for more than anything other than a #3 QB role. I like McDermott but his Peterman decisions will haunt him for awhile.
  8. We were Baltimore’s Super Bowl.
  9. If I were an interior Offensive Lineman hitting free agency next year, I’d be licking my chops. Bills will be handing out blank checks.
  10. Being able to stand tall in the pocket and deliver when the pass rush is closing in is a talent Peterman doesn’t have. He also doesn’t have enough arm to reset his feet in the pocket and still be able to deliver on time. He is not an NFL QB because if it. You can look good in practice wearing a red jersey when you know you’re not gonna get hit. Preseason is the same to some extent as everyone but Gregg Williams doesn’t pressure the QB the same way they do in the regular season.
  11. This is depressing. Darnold looks excellent. He’s like a bigger Fitz with better arm strength.
  12. These coaches and front office personnel supposedly sleep at the office and work 18 hours per day. How on earth do you put in that time for the last 9 months and put that turd of a product out in the field? I don’t care if you’re rebuilding, usually it takes a few games for teams to figure you out even if you’re terrible. Yes, breaking the 17 year drought was great, but these guys are probably a little too secure in their jobs putting that dumpster fire on the field yesterday.
  13. Yes. If Matt Ryan is a top 10 QB, there’s not many good QB’s in the NFL. Slow in the pocket and his arm looked average.
  14. Gotta give the guy credit for not letting the San Diego embarrassment ruin him. Certainly speaks to his character. Not sure his intangibles can overcome his lack of physical tools though.
  15. Unless the O-Line significantly improves, Bills will need more than 2 QB’s to get through the season. Throw Lynch to the wolves and see what he’s got.
  16. This also gives the O Line some time to get better (they can’t get any worse I hope).
  17. Haha. EJ is a good guy, but some guys just can’t cut it loose and step into a throw when the bullets are flying. Tight sphincter-itis.
  18. Even if Beane offered two 1st rounders, I’m sure Oakland would’ve still taken Chicago’s offer to get him out of AFC.
  19. Beane can’t give away the 2019 1st rounder because of the likelihood of it being a top 10 pick. Other teams will almost surely part with their 1st rounder for Mack, so unless Gruden has a thing for McCarron or Peterman, Mack won’t be coming to Buffalo.
  20. Behind that line, we’ll be lucky if any QB lasts more than 7 or 8 games
  21. Wonder what they gave up. Basically a 1 year rental.
  22. I’ve seen the same thing. He looks like he could be an all world OLB, but he doesn’t seem to tackle well especially when the play is coming right at him. His ability in pursuit and in pass coverage jumps out at you but if he plays MLB he’s still gonna have to show he can be stout when the play is up the middle right at him.
  23. I'd love to have Mack, but I wouldn't trade our 1st rounder. Even with Mack, it's most likely a top 5 pick. That's too much for a non-QB you'll also have to pay $20m per year. I'd give them our 2nd rounder in 2019 and a 1st in 2020.
  24. Good for him. Dude seems like a diva but can’t deny he’s the most electrifying player in the league. He’s probably already earned that money from the jerseys he’s sold and eyeballs he’s drawn to the TV.
  25. McCarron has a 2 years and 6m left on his contract with basically no remaining guaranteed money. Very trade-able contract.
