  1. This. And both of the games were played in bad weather. There was rubber all over the ball against KC (probably because we overfilled the field with the pellets) and the NE game was similarly cold, windy (if IIRC), and wet. Easily the worst weather at that stadium.
  2. I heard that throw hit Ray Ray in the stadium. From about 30 rows up. Across the field.
  3. No belligerence or rage here. I think you’re the one who’s melting a bit. I just speak the truth. Those who don’t wear masks are selfish morons, and those who believe the election law hoax reside in the same category. All of this traces to a cult of personality that elevates the aims and ego of one person over the needs of this country. It’s tragic, and hopefully it’s an isolated period in our history.
  4. Yes. I believe Reich played the first game (win; 24-14?), then we had one of those meaningless regular season finales, IIRC. Divisional round saw us beat Marino 44-34 in the snow. Was there for both games. First one was kind of chilly and pretty tense. Second one wasn’t as close as the score would indicate. I’m with you. Not impressed by Vegas, and the Dolphins might beat them unless Carr gets hot. KC should handle Miami. NE defense is going to smother Tua. Not impressed with him at all.
  5. Hoax on my opinion about voter fraud. It’s actually a fact. Trump can’t prove meaningful voter fraud. His lawyers can’t prove it. You can’t prove it. In fact, nobody can prove it, because it didn’t happen. It’s the latest and hopefully the last of the Trump hoaxes. Decades from now, people will look back and ask how and why, when it was so simple to contain and limit the pandemic by wearing cloth masks or face coverings, a significant part of this country chose not to do it. The same people will ask why a significant part of this country refused to acknowledge Joe Biden as the winner of the 2020 presidential election. And I’ll be there to answer: those people who refused to wear the masks and who believed the voter fraud hoax were brainwashed morons.
  6. We will see the end zone shot of the Davis throw for decades. Will be a quintessential josh Allen highlight. Part of the story of his career. Exactly the type of throw that shows up in a canton montage. I know I’m out in front of my skis here. But this kid is out if this world good. Rogers arm talent. Big Ben size. Cam running ability. Kelly toughness. The kid has everything, including his own special humility and special leadership qualities. It is a joy to watch him compete. I think that might have been Knox. I noticed it, too.
  7. It’s unfortunate the truth about the voter fraud hoax is inconvenient and painful.
  8. Hoax x 4. That quad of lawyers sucks. A joke if ever there was one. Then again, they have nothing to work with, and the have a critical mass of morons believing in fraud, so maybe I’m a bit harsh.
  9. I’d rather avoid those teams and let one of them beat up on KC in the divisional round. A win next week and the 2 seed isn’t entirely out of the question.
  10. Just a guess, but I suspect it would be to prevent you from acting as a conduit for the transfer of the virus from one person through you to a third, person who has not received the vax.
  11. Not to mention fat. A fat, sore loser.
  12. I think this is about right. Maybe a bit heavy on the guarantees, and a bit light on the total dollars. The one lingering concern I have is a drop off w/o Daboll next year. But this kid works harder than Wentz and is much more liked than Wentz, so a Carson-style problem shouldn’t be a concern. Along those lines, what say you about Daboll’s next landing spot? Gotta figure Philly would be a good spot for him for family reasons. The St. Francis/LAC connection might make it through black Monday, though, and that might be really interesting for both sides.
  13. The first HM (wiped out by OPI) looked like a drop, too. Officiating was bad yesterday. Too involved in the game.
  14. I've resisted the urge, but I'm only so strong. Hoax. I'll listen when you can prove something in court. Until then, it's just another hoaxy Trump lie.
  15. Actually I blame it on the guy who lied and pleaded guilty. As a convicted criminal who escaped justice because of a pardon. Flynndicated was a hoax. End of story.
  16. And, based on the pardon, that will never change. Guilty is a guilty does.
  17. One path. BS covers all of it. Just another trump hoax.
  18. Because the whole thing is a hoax and they can’t prove a lick of it in court. Last hurrah of these hoaxy losers.
  19. This deserves a bump. Looks like #flynndicated was a hoax. Another scumbag trumper who evaded the rule of law through abuse of the pardon power.
  20. Syd is too Hoaxy for trumpworld. That is saying something.
  21. I hope you’re right. It arguably cost us he game yesterday not having Norman on the field for the final heave. But I still don’t care. And, an anecdote. Was working in the yard on Saturday when I heard/saw a young woman (looked pretty young to have a child by today’s standards) pushing a stroller that ostensibly had a baby (one of those car seat/drop in deals, it seemed) down the street next to an older guy who probably would have been her father’s age. Noticed her because I heard the word “testing” said twice and loudly both times. She very, very unhappy. Two dudes on the team who have babies live near me, one of whom was mentioned earlier. Not sure if it was the wife/child of one of the guys (I kind of think it was, but didn’t more than glance, in part because I was busy and was more concerned about keeping my own distance). There probably is a lot of worry in that family right now. I hope all of our guys and their families are OK.
  22. I love the Bills but the only thing I'm really concerned about is that all of these guys either get or are healthy and that none of their family members gets sick. I'm particularly worried about Kroft b/c of the baby. Eff football. I hope that little girl stays safe.
  23. Lot can change. I'm a D and I'm worried about it. I agree the Rs are nuts. But nuttiness might get them to vote, and I'm not sure that the ticket-splitters who went for Biden won't go back to the R line for this one.
  24. Amen, brother. Immediately after the election I didn’t mind divided government. Moderation, I thought, was the best way to avoid a return to Trumpism in 2024. The events of the past week have caused me to rethink that position. It’s time to end this crap once and for all. And to do that, we need the Senate. So let’s win GA and end this nonsense.
