Stephon Gimore tests positive for Covid

Agreed. And letting the players socialize on the field after the game is dumb. It’s unnecessary close contact that incurs needless risk. -
Titans player test positive today 10/7
SectionC3 replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’m worried about infection in our players. We either play the Broncos or we don’t play at all. But getting the Titans. Ugh. Bad. And, it increases the chances a marquee Thursday night matchup gets blown up later that week. So I highly doubt this game is getting played. -
Poll watchers can go into the voting area. It's an important job, particularly in a close city race. Poll watchers ensure that there is no politicking inside the polling location, that the poll workers aren't encouraging people to vote for a certain candidate (e.g., saying "write in this name here"), make sure voting machines work, watch for election law violations (e.g., bags of groceries with a candidate's name sitting inside the polling location), and pull turnout counts, among other things. They also pick up cross out lists from friendly poll workers and run those outside to campaign workers. It's a very important job.

Ok, how about something positive......

I guess. Just not enough to free them. I've thought a lot about this issue lately. I don't believe that we should tear down the Washington Monument or the Jefferson Memorial, etc. But maybe it is time to tell the full story about some of our forefathers. Washington had tremendous, unique, and essential courage, and he is fairly characterized as a father, if not the father, of American democracy. But he also enslaved people. It's a strange dichotomy. -
Good point. What he actually said was worse. "15 cases soon to be zero!" "Will magically disappear!" HCQ (which he didn't even take, BTW) will solve all of our problems! So will medicinal Lysol! And medicinal bleach! So you will not honor the Rule #2 request I take it.

KC game has to be moved if that's the case. What a mess. -

I believe Washington emancipated after his death. But I agree on his greatness; without his courage there may have been no United States of America. -

Lincoln FDR TR Obama Bush Sr. (largely because he was a class act and a genuinely decent man) -

Interesting. Jefferson also was a racist. -
Can you identify “a leftist tranny discord ... known for raiding?” Or is that just another hoax?

So, bottom line, no. Just wondering if that was one of the instances in which you were trying to “correct” someone else’s misunderstanding. Carry on. -

Are you talking about the time you quoted Irish law to me on the abortion issue? -
Hoax. What do you call a priest who ministers to pedophiles? A priest who ministers to pedophiles. What do you call a priest who is a pedophile? A pedophile priest. And, for what it’s worth, I have never, in my decades in this profession, heard the phrase “pedophile lawyer.” Not once. Have a nice day, hoaxer.

Hoax. I’m not jealous. I don’t need the validation of Internet randos. Apparently you do. Sad!
-
What a crock of hoax. There is no disinformation and, despite your best efforts to cast yourself as the victim in this inane dispute, the fact remains that you used what best could be described as a double entendre. Instead of apologizing, you’ve defended your misconduct, whined about your purported victim hood, and absurdly accused somebody else of defaming you. The chef’s kiss is that you have the temerity to accuse somebody else of dishonesty. What a joke.

Throwing down Matt Judon in the Baltimore opener made me love the kid. Climbing the pocket on the throw to Bob Foster showed me he could do “it.” The Dallas game showed me he could win in big moments in hostile environments. And the Rams comeback was the game where I knew he had put it all together. The kid is everything we have waited for since Kelly retired.

Spot on. And the person casting the gross accusation still has not apologized.

Incorrect, particularly when a possessive is in the mix. And, given the gravity of the allegation, caution should have been exercised and unambiguous parlance should have been used.

Yeah, this is another bad post. Mean-spirited, humorless, and unintelligent. Lots of people think this is a bad post. And, if you’re not careful, lots of people will think you’re a bad poster, irrespective of what the mutual admiration society of which you’re a part may say.
