In other news, it looks like Trump surrogate and disgraced Congressman Chris Collins has not been Flynndicated and now is an inmate in the federal prison system. It’s too bad that Chris is an inmate, but it’s worse that he ripped people off from the White House lawn. Sad all around.

Even this, though perhaps well-intentioned, is misleading. I am a citizen of the United States of America. I am a resident of my state, locality, and election district. To the extent you're suggesting that someone commits "fraud" by voting in the wrong "district," that claim simply is misleading. Those votes typically are made by affidavit ballot, and the affidavit vote isn't counted if the affiant reported to the wrong polling location.

A significant number of moderate Republicans will vote for Biden. And if Biden has a moderate presidency, we will keep those Republicans. And then, with any luck, we will legislate Trumpian nonsense out of existence wherever and however possible. Elections have consequences, and there should be no quarter given in the nationwide redistricting processes to come.

Great thread. I’m proud to stand for truth, dignity, and love of country. Democrats stood for those things before Trump. In this Trumpian world, however, we now stand alone on such issues. I wish Trumpers put country before president. I wish Trumpers loved democracy. But I’m proud that I stand for such things, and hopefully we all will get back on the same page in the future.
