Trade 28 far enough down to get someone’s first next year and have a pair of 1s and 2s next year. Take advantage of the deep class this year and position yourself to do something special next year. The cap situation will be much better and the draft position will be much better. Use this year to prep for a big 2025.

I was just checking. It is off Route 20A, south of the field house and next to Lot 1 on the east side. County records show Brian Barco as owner, so the transfer hasn’t been updated in the web database. I saw a Reddit thread saying 2.5 million for the sale. Based on the county owning all the stadium property, I expect it was the county that bought the mud lot also. Erie County property records don’t have any land owned by the Bills.

According to OnX app it looks like Erie County owns the Mud Lot, but that information is just a download from the county records and those take some time to reflect property transfers.

Any idea what kind of values the Bills are paying for the other lots that I’ve read have been purchased?

Agreed. I prefer acceptance of reality and planning to deal with reality than whining and complaining and feeling like I’m being persecuted. I think some people in this thread saw what was coming and are not surprised and are accepting reality. That doesn’t mean we condone what is happening. The people being blindsided are those that are reading about 50k PSLs and extrapolating that to the entire stadium - especially STHs in the best 100 level seats that weren’t “club” seats, but now apparently will be. Those people are understandably worried about their ability to continue to be STHs at the same seating arrangement. That will all be revealed shortly. So I guess we can assume the Bills heard they are going to be on Hard Knocks this year and McDermottt didn’t want Diggs to embarrass him, so he told Beane to give him the boot. If the cap hit is minimized, this is a huge win for the Bills. They need guys that are going to step up in the playoffs, and hopefully they will draft someone - anyone - that will do that other than Josh.
