Thanks for posting. This is amazing. Not only the game footage, but the interviews! And Clip Smith, Brian Blessing, Van Miller…just a great trip down memory lane and I’m only 23 minutes into it. I forgot the airport greetings went back that far! That was such a great team; I’ll never forget watching that 49er game and you could barely tell what was going on at times, it was raining so hard. The LA Rams game when the Bills came out for an encore…really a magical season. Seeing that team gives me even greater appreciation for the team we have now. We have had some magical moments this year, and who knows, this could be THE year. But it does remind me of what a special team we have this season and how fleeting these things are. It has been 44 years since that 1980 team played, and it stands out, even with the 90s Super Bowl teams.

Jim Nantz is an unabashed Bills supporter; he’s close with Josh. Maybe not Chris Berman-level, but definitely paints the Bills in a very positive light. The talk shows are just that; they all know Bills Mafia has an inferiority complex and they count on getting a lot of online engagement when they dismiss the Bills.

I’d say sign him for the Ravens intel, but this dipshlt probably only knows the three plays where he caught a pass.

The 17-game streak was actually for not allowing a rushing TD and went 16 games in 64 and another in 65. The Bills did set an AFL record for fewest rushing yards allowed at about 65 YPG in 64.

I’ve made way more money betting the Bills to win big than against them, but doesn’t hurt to throw a few bucks on a big underdog just in case. Last year they were more susceptible and it paid off a couple times. This year, they have taken care of business.

Tickets are going fast for the WotaGuy club in my man cave. Basically same experience with Utica Club and Simon Pure on tap.

I think the line is based on where the money is. It started with the Bills -1 and probably the Ravens were getting a lot of play, so they moved it to Ravens -1 to balance the bet pool.

Would like to see Allen’s check down numbers from prior years. My impression is he’s significantly increased those this year, to great effect.
