  1. Not a doubt in my mind, regular yoga is the HARDEST exercise I have ever done in my life...
  2. yea, my PT guy says the heat is going to help with the flexibility issues I have.. I am hoping to do about 30% ..and I am not kidding there. Hydration i get, and I drink plenty of water as a matter of course, so should be okay. My first TRI i did was a Half Ironman, six months after I quit smoking for twenty years and age 45..people thought I was nuts then too not doing anything shorter to start!! And they were right!!! But I did make it, but it was kinda stoopid!!!!
  3. Going to my first Hot Yoga class today. Committed to doing some TRIs this year, and I am just so fat and inflexible and old that this has been recommended by friends and professionals alike. I am scared as hell about it, as yoga in some home training classes I have done makes me wanna cry. Anyone any experience with this stuff? Advice/caution before I begin?
  4. I like Bridgewater as (excuse the pun) a bridge..but if they bring him in and not draft a QB rd1, I would not be happy.
  5. I would be interested to know where Bills tickets fit now, as I do not think they are as cheap as some folks think, I think average price gets distorted as we have some super low "Rockpile " seats, and an absence of massively priced high-end seats. But my gut says the majority of tickets are right in line with the rest of the league outside of Boston, Dallas, NYG, Chicago, and possibly LA when they move into the new joint. I know my upperdecks are over $120 face for the higher end games..and that is not cheap for upper decks anywhere.
  6. Maybe OT, but I get not having seasons, especially in Buffalo. Might pay a bit extra early in season for comparable seats, but you are not losing on games late season , if , like me, you just cannot make every game. And home playoff games are pretty much out of the question till Brady retires, and even then not so expensive .
  7. I like Tyrod prolly less than most, thought they should have stayed with Peterman even after the San Doego game. Having said that, I am fine with Tyrod back with a QB drafted in first round..no problems at all. Problem is you have to make call on Tyrod before you know what you have in draft, or eat $6M
  8. This seems to have never been an issue in college, why do you all think it would be dramatically different in the pros?
  9. Agree it is in a lot of places, just not in Vegas anymore. And I dunno, so many restaurants have bought their own hype and charge so much, seats starting to go empty in a lot "impossible" reservations. $500 for a meal like you describe above Sticks is hard to justify..and plenty of those places that's what you are looking at all in. I mean damn, we got people on this board bitchin about $3 a month to read about the Bills !!!! But i will say that $500 is an end zone Bills Season Ticket
  10. Pats D has been great since week 5. I don't have the splits, but they got their poop together pretty well after that mess of a start
  11. if they are smart
  12. POst this every year about this same time..remember the good ole days of craft brews...when I would line up at the beer store to get a six of Nugget Nectar or Hopslam..when there were few IPAs around, and for the most part no Saison's or Sours...Now it just..eh, if I happen to see some Nectar at Total Wine, I might grab a six.
  13. I say fug all of the Vegas "celebrity" restaurant scene. All of it overpriced, 10% or less actually something you cant get at home. Find a nice local place, get a better hooker
  14. I am going against my basic betting philosophy of only betting money line dogs( which has not served me well this year) and saying both favorites win but don't cover. Would bet both dogs too( with the points) if I had any money left in my account
  15. Said certain guys were more interested in points(personal) than wins. BTW, I want Ulmark and Guhle in Rochester rest of the year, no need to have them up here and deal with the losing. Get used to winning with those boys, bring that energy to Buffalo next year.
  16. Louis Riddick sure thinks so
  17. UB started football in 1930, so yes , after you lived there
  18. Why do you have so many suits? Only wear suits anymore to weddings and funerals. Can’t remember last time wore a suit in a business meeting. Anyway, that price sounds awesome. Won’t do any better on hotels , and I like Airbnb’s way better. I just always bring my own soup and shampoo, and good to go.
  19. I have not looked at Pooj's photos yet, but from the first article that's a definite YES!!!
  20. Depending what you want to spend, Husk and FIG are two fantastic restaurants.Airbnb in the historic district would be awesome, but I have not done that yet in Charleston. You can priceline or hotwire a nice great hotel this time of year there as well. Guess your game date with @DrDawkinsteinwent great eh and you are looking to extend now?
  21. that place and stage one..saw some great bands at both places. I don't remember U2 ar Uncle Sams, must not have gone. Weird I would think not much, was way too expensive then. But I was in high school, so everything was expensive to me. I remember sneaking in beers to Uncle Sams for concerts
  22. Guess we know who Housley was talking about last night. Cant blame Kane in a contract year for him, lost year for the Sabres
  23. Lot o chatter the Isles were looking at him, yes that is from reputable folks like Friedman and Dreger
  24. Watching Boyst get naked at Wing It does not count as a strip club!
