We bought a house in Chevy Chase without an agent. Made an offer that clearly represented no buyers side commission, listing agent was very forceful she could not present offer nor change listing agreemnt..i said I believe you not only can do both, you are Obligated to present the offer. We got the deal, she changed agreement from 6% to 4%. Montgomery County Realtors had all the necessary paperwork in terms of the standard offer, spaces to put in our contingencies etc, quite easy. We did not hire an attorney, did not see a reason too. But we had bought two houses together before that, 4 total, knew the drill a bit.

TRade up into 3, and I think it takes 21,22, next years 1 and a 4th and we get a 6th this year from the Colts. Freaking Apple can be frustrating this way. Took them forever to get Prime Video on Apple TV, assume it will take same amount of outrage to get Waze or Google maps on Carplay. In the meantime, I am wondering if the jailbroken phone is worth it just for this. I am sure some supergeek classmate of my son can get er done, just dont know if it is worth it. Funny, I never click on a column written by Gleason, Sullivan, or Harrington. Harrington last week was all over GR,on Twitter, snarkily saying they "tanked" by not sending PHAM on the last road trip. You could just tell he despises the radio guys, especially Jeremy White for espousing the tank, and regularly making better points than Harrington on the matter. And while Jeremy stays out of the fray and keeps it somewhat classy, Harrington is just so small and petty he airs his dirty laundry like a scorned 13-year-old on Twitter. God bless @JoshBarnett for having to deal with these 4 clowns, especially Graham and Harrington on Twitter. I have to imagine he is regularly embarrassed, not by their opinions, but how petty and small they are social media.

Pooj, if you go to Realtor.com, there is a find a realtor button in there. Hit advance search and you can plug in zip codes you are interested in buying, and then sort results by a ton of different filters.Always good to find someone who has a lot of listings in the general price range and location you are interested in, even if you are just buying. Going to take some time doing the research, but prolly well worth it.

Not me...Cardio I like to do outside, either run or bike, and when training for a tri throw in swim. When in shape I also do a number of different Beach Body online workouts. Been doing hot yoga last couple weeks, been excellent for my movement and my "pliability"
