He Chef, was in Languedoc last month... not a big fan of their wines (Languedoc has always been the Home of the cheap "everyday" table wine) but i 've discovered a little appelation near Narbonne that is really interesting and not expensive. Lot better than the nearby Corbières or Minervois. Even better than the good Fitou. It's La Clape. Probably hard to find in the US (as it is even here) but if you see a bottle try it!!

you're right. and a good compromise is the "plastic" cork they have now in many wineries... no risk of the cork damaging the wine and you still have the ceremonial!

So we 're just the three of us remaining on Earth?.... first Let's forget about "repopulation"... Now way i can. do anything sexual witth Maddow and Coulter is too old to have babies. But well we still have about 40 years to live so... Maddow seems to be interesting, sure we could have a good social relationship, while i doubt i could have a discussion longer than 30 seconds with Coulter. So i think we'd make some kind of a deal with Maddow: we share Coulter for sexual needs and let her on her own for all other matters.

Whatever the call, it was a great game to watch. Defensive football at its best IMO. It's, i think , the fourth time i saw the Steelers this season, and their D is really something... Hard fought football each time... i really like that team... wish we could have that kind of warriors bunch...
