  1. The headline doesn't fully match the report. Not surprising from PFT.
  2. Is anybody going to call out Biden on his claim that he's met with the last 3 Mexican presidents and orchestrated nearly $1 billion in aid, yet as he claims, nobody still wants to be in those countries?
  3. That would explain a lot.
  4. My first summer job! Slinging cotton candy by the wilderness area.
  5. It's the bandana on the USA kid.
  6. Beane has to decide whether Bam Johnson is ready for an expanded role this season. It was clear that he wasn't up to the rigors of run defense last year, and the hope is that with the off-season conditioning, he'll be more stout. But since hope is not a strategy, Bills need to address the DE position for the long term - Murphy is signed through 2020 and Hughes through 2021. That's why the position should be a priority in first FA week and at the top of the draft. To answer Happy's question, Murphy was credited with only 9 QB hits in 2020, which is very low for the position he plays and benefits from the attention that Hughes gets. At this point, Murphy would be an adequate piece in a DE rotation, but not at a $10 million cost. Bills would be better served to use that money on a long term deal with Shaq, add a bridge vet with a higher ceiling than Murphy and draft another DE early.
  7. Do you bench Skinner? His half assed effort on the PP jump started the Sens' run.
  8. I misread the ranking, treating then as DEs #2. My position remains the same, the Murphy decision will be in the first week of FA. If they add someone in the first week, he's gone. In any event, I imagine Bills reached out to him for a restructure. He's due to make $10 million in 2020, which is above his market value. It's best for both to cut that number down.
  9. That's not the reality, though. The choice for DE #4 should be Murphy vs veteran FA at $10 million. So the proper Q is, Murphy or Quinn, or Addison?
  10. Or if the town has a high proportion of minorities, they send the kids to private schools, yet still mouth off on how to best provide public education.
  11. There are more indications that he's the thorn and not the team. No NHL team will pick him up at his current contract. If he wants to play in the NHL, he needs to tear up the contract and agree to smaller pay with a team that may want him.
  12. How can you be sure they didn't try? Takes two to tango. Don't forget he's the one who fired the first shot with the ridiculous trade demand, when he could barely move on the ice.
  13. Instead of writing again, this just needs to be repeated. Cap savings of $20 million if Darius is cut. End of story.
  14. That has to be the thinking
  15. Looks like @4merper4mer is right again. Although it's not the 12th, McCabe is walking free
  16. Forget Q, why does every season's Homeland plot mirror what's going on in DC?
  17. Can someone get a hold of Ivanka and ask her to tell her father to just STFU for a week or so?
  18. Yeah, definitely a title from a bygone era.
  19. Oh, never mind.
  20. Again, this had almost nothing to do with the Nunes case.
  21. So basically you admit that Gillislee benefitted from a specific scheme in 2016, which ceased to exist in 2017, but you still insist that his numbers would justify a $5 million contract? Mkay Make sure you are not in the same zip code if I ever need a medical diagnosis. Having multiple doctors telling him that he won't be cleared to play football again is more than a "troubling physical." I'm guessing it's something that the front office had zero inkling when they inked the 2-year extension. That "troubling physical" completely blew up their OL for the following season, because it's unlikely that Richie would have melted down if Wood was still on the team. But why would you ever acknowledge the full story when it contradicts your revisionist history?
  22. Had absolutely nothing to do with Nunes.
