  1. And Bloomberg PS - That's what I love about the left. They're always more worried about hypotheticals, than what's actually happening in front of their eyes.
  2. Just as I said before. You're a bad comedian. Where were you when every POTUS did this, as is allowed by law? Or when the press and favorable Legislative allowed the prior Executive to exceed the enumerated powers? Who singlehandedly overturned bankruptcy law? Which candidate still refuses to concede? But yeah, Trump is the one who is the dictator. Or it could be that you don't know the meaning of that word.
  3. I'm asking you to present proof that we are slithering towards a dictatorship - which would include examples where the Executive is acting on powers beyond what he is allowed to do by law. Go!
  4. I didn't know that McConnell was part of the Executive branch? Don't tell me, you will also blame Garland's block on Trump's dictatorial influence.
  5. You're also a bad comedian.
  6. Not only are you lazy, but you're also a class A liar. I have plenty of anti-rape posts in threads that discuss rape. Nice try, though. Did you ever wonder why you picked the one example of Trump using "dictatorial" powers in a case where such power is enshrined in law (Legislative approval) and consistently backed up by the highest court (Judiciary) over centuries? Why aren't you citing the far more numerous examples of hostile Legislature and Judiciary going to great lengths to block everything he tries? Would a dictator allow a vote of no confidence to be held, let alone impeachment? Instead of eminent domain, cite one example of Trump doing anything that wasn't granted to the Executive branch by the Constitution, or allowed by Legislative or Judiciary?
  7. Cutting Dareus & Linder frees up $28 million, which gives them $22.5 million in cap space. Subtract about $12 mil for the rookie pool leaves them with only $10 million to spend on everyone else. They have to restructure Foles' contract because he's killing them for the next two seasons.
  8. Correct. Foles is the albatross this year, and they'll lose a few good players because of that
  9. You have the wrong Dareus $$. He counts $22 mil against the cap this year because of his restructure 2 yrs ago. He's a non-brainer cut.
  10. Not really. Cutting Dareus basically gets them to nearly zero cap space when you count the upcoming rookie signings. They're $5.6 mil over the cap now and will struggle to resign Yannick. That's why there's strong possibility they will have to deal Campbell for a low pick to shed his salary.
  11. This game was lost when Shanny Jr turtled at the end of the first half.
  12. It was also caused by KC defense shutting down SF in the 4th Q and giving the ball back to the offense.
  13. The search function on this board stinks. Can you please point me to your other posts on this matter, prior to January 2017?
  14. Here's one story - soybean byproduct is the main culprit. Yup, going the old fashioned route of placing traps near the wheels, and spraying under hood with vinegar/peppermint oil solution. Also, appears Irish Spring soap also works well. We'll see.
  15. 300 years? Of course from the paper that insists that the country was founded on the ideal of slavery, why would democracy even matter?
  16. He probably wouldn't have squandered the assets he built up for the tank.
  17. Unfortunately, the food source is the plastic around the plug wires. For whatever reason mice love the stuff. Add the cover and warmth in winter time, under the hood is an awesome place to nest. I've been reading more into this, and now car companies are introducing more organic matter into car parts, and that turns the engine compartment into a verifiable buffet. I've seen pictures of entire components eaten away! Insane.
  18. He's not a Democrat anyway, and just like a good Communist is riding the trails someone else built.
  19. In other words, you have nothing because the entire argument in this thread is that the House's articles are not a valid reasoning for impeachment! You've offered nothing other than you don't like the actions of #orangemanbad. November will not be good to you.
  20. You still haven't provided any argument that shows the illegality of his actions or valid reasons for impeachment, other than "Trump Bad" You even admit that he stopped whatever plan he had. What was he caught doing? Explain his actions in legal terms, not in emotional babble.
  21. The little critters love my garage, but they love the engine compartments much more. For a second time, they chewed through plug wires and caused serious damage. Dealers suggest putting in dryer sheets under the hood and I see Amazon sells rodent repellents that I may try. Anyone else have good home remedies, other than getting a cat to live under the hood.
  22. You're doing a great disservice to the argument that marijuana helps with cognitive thinking. Your position flips criminal law on its head. In your example, intent ONLY comes into play to ascertain the aspect of a crime that has been committed. You don't look at the intent before the crime occurred, otherwise you would be locking up people simple for having bad thoughts.
  23. Consider for a second the dangerous of a precedent "corrupt purposes" would set. You would be institutionalizing thought crime. Who are acting more like Nazis?
