  1. Except Trump never did that.
  2. Forget child support. How does a guy who fathers an illegitimate child while doing blow off the dancer's %&^^ get a multi-million dollar gig in an industry he's never worked in?
  3. When that report is a crucial part of a legal proceeding that Schiff is in control of, for $200 Alex.
  4. That's a fair point on Armstead.
  5. Could be a little early for this conjecture based on the story. Witnesses said that the helicopter was coming down fast BEFORE impact. Another oddity is that the debris field looked to be very widespread. Is that common for this type of an accident?
  6. Agree on Jags. Cutting Dareus and resigning Yannick would zero out, but they will need room for other guys and the rookies. They have to move a vet, because the Foles contract is a killer this year. I think you are contradicting yourself regarding Armstead. If two pass rushing stiffs like Murphy and Shaq can combine for 11.5 sacks, imagine what a more talented player can do. I don't think Bills DL is much worse than SFs.
  7. An argument can be made that if Bills had a half competent rusher opposite Hughes, he'd put up better numbers than Armstead.
  8. You’d be surprised. His fame exceeds that of just the NBA. As others mentioned, he’s a big star in China, as well as Europe and Latin America. That’s a pretty big chunk of the world.
  9. Looks like a shrewd business move by Bezos.
  10. Imagine that. A secret manuscript hits on a Sunday night.
  11. Another Buffalo connection - the director of the Hillary series, Nanette Burstein, is from Kenmore
  12. These are biggers reasons for these insiders to sell in this instance. They have been invested since 2011, and most private equity fund bylaws mandate a sale of investments by year 7. Plus, many public institutional holders don't like it when insiders hold too many shares. So for multiple ordinary reasons, Warburg is getting out of this investment as soon as they are allowed to.
  13. This lines up with Beane's comments at the Senior Bowl, when he was comparing this draft to last year's. They may try to use a 3rd to move up higher in Rd. 1 to grab the best edge (If they can't get one in FA), and then use the late round picks to get back into 3rd. There's plenty of quality WRs in Rd. 2. I think they have too many draft picks for the roster needs.
  14. Nothing nefarious in this transaction. The company went public in summer of '19. The previous owners retained a lot of stock after the iPO, but couldn't sell during a predetermined lockup period. Apparently, the lockup expired last month, so you're seeing a lot of dumping by the former owners. Look at the comments in the article - $1.6 billion was sold by former owners since December.
  15. That wasn't my take on this article at all. It was a lengthy defense for their Russia reporting, because everything that has been uncovered since the original story ran, has actually been a huge Russia disinformation campaign that started in 2015 & 2016 to try to shift the blame to Ukraine. You see it wasn't the DEM operatives who fell for Russian disinformation about Trump, it was Trump's team that fell for Russian disinformation that Ukraine was behind all of the shenanigans.
  16. Because as the ultimate decider, he has that authority? You may not like the language that he uses, but he's the boss with the authority to unilaterally remove any ambassador for any reason. Funny that you find that single passage more damning, than the inability of the senior executive to remove someone from his staff who's undermining his agenda. Aren't you the biggest weasel who constantly laughs at the idea of a Deep State?
  17. Puzzling why the subsequent reports on this aren't getting as much ink. Strange, right? There's no way that the free press would fall for a crude disinformation campaign? (PS - Apparently FTI didn't even bother to jailbreak/root the iPhone, which is the first step in a true forensic analysis. They probably didn't even wipe it with a cloth) 'No smoking gun': Bezos hacking report leaves cybersecurity experts with doubts If the Saudis actually hacked Jeff Bezos’ phone, here are the details security experts want to know
  18. He had one highlight reel catch for that entire game, and disappeared for the rest of his career until late '19.
  19. Much more enforcement by Mexico's national guard to prevent the caravans from moving forward. Note that most of the migrants are from Honduras, which was on the road to recovery until a certain Secretary of State supported an illegal government transition, which then sank any prospects for economic improvement.
  20. They tried to get a picture, but the driver took the wong turn.
  21. ... and drive 50MPH in the left lane of a three-lane highway.
  22. A wafer thin casket.
  23. Just got back from a few days in South FL, apparently these things are a big problem down there Did they serve up barbequed iguanas in the concessions?
  24. It's sadder that you are willing to toss the Constitution aside for your partisan beliefs.
