  1. OMG!!! What a bunch of sensitive cupcakes some of you are. PFF didn’t rate all our players as being awesome. I hate Collinsworth now!!! ? such a typical we can’t think for ourselves move. Romo is awesome so all nfl qbs will be awesome at the job, right? Brees is an all time great but literally seems like one of most uninteresting and boring personalities in all of sports. Dude, every single fan thinks every single national commentator is against their team. When you’re a national guy, you can’t just praise the Bills. You guys know that right? It’s not a home broadcast. These guys literally could care less who wins. Matter of fact, the Bills being good is a pretty big story. I swear if any person dares to question Allen during a game, fans here just think they are completely biased against the Bills.
  2. You’re not serious are you? Tom Freaking Brady just switched teams And got talked about being washed up. It’s the nature of the position. And Allen gets criticized because he has never been above 60% (which is basically a benchmark for average ) on any level ever. Despite no incompletion ever being Allen’s fault according to some on this board, he needs to get better. Flat out. They have a top 5 trio so hopefully the excuses are finally done for the highest drafted qb in franchise history.
  3. I think without the concussions Cooks for a 2nd and Diggs for a 1st is a lot close than you think. But who knows? We got the healthier young player. Hopefully, this becomes a good offense.
  4. Not all. But I don’t think receivers were lining up to come here without big money deals. And to Allen’s credit he did a good job feeding Brown and Beasley.
  5. I just think there are more NFL players who don’t believe in Allen that you think. But great news is he has weapons to show he is the real deal. No more excuses this year and hopefully, he balls out.
  6. Now do a Cooks one. Diggs is really good. Cooks was really good before he got hurt. These things don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
  7. I enjoyed the 4 SBs and keeping the Bills in Buffalo when 95% of owners would have moved them. Telling the guy who gave you a chance in the nfl after numerous incidents in college to drink bleach and eat a dick just makes him look ungrateful. He got cut because he was slob and would smoke weed and eat. That’s his fault yet in his Antonio Brown mindset, he blames others. It must have been Whaleys fault when the Steelers cut him goo, right? i always lean towards an athlete but Fat Karlos is a joke. Might have been a women beater, eats himself out of a nfl job, and then blames others. Only people I feel bad for are his kids.
  8. You know how many people could be sued pre draft? All they do is lie.
  9. I think some receivers are definitely skeptical of him. I think if the Bills had Aaron Rodgers, crazy AB would have came to Buffalo.
  10. As a washed up football player, it sucks losing another league to try and continue your dream. The NFL would be better if they had another professional league that could develop players, especially qbs. I think PJ Walker is better than Matt Barkley and it’s because he got to play in live games.
  11. For sure. It’s also telling that good teams keep acquiring him too. It’s not like Raiders trading for Randy Moss. Cooks was also great in college. We healthy, he’s a good nfl player. I don’t know why saying Cooks is super talented but is struggling with injuries is a hot take. Because everyone is trapped in their houses and I’m awful at working from home. I mean they got nice value for him. And he was a bigger problem for them than Bills fans want to admit. Hopefully, the “process” stuff is really legit. Because if you aren’t a Bills fan, the Vikings are a slightly better situation. Of course, Cousins’ dork factor is super high and I can’t discount that.
  12. Good post Gunner and hope this is just friendly debate. But I’m starting to hate the word talent. What does it even mean in the nfl? So many talent guys do nothing in the league. I’m not sure if you were here for the awful D’Rick hogan debates. But so many people wanted to keep D’Rick over Hogan because he was more talented. Well Hogan just produced. As a result, Hogan had a solid if unspectacular nfl career and D’Rick did nothing. Theilen wasn’t drafted and doesn’t have the physical skills. But when it is time for games, he produces. as for Diggs, I don’t think he is a true number 1. But he is very good and we have a very good trio of receivers. I think they definitely need size though. I also worry if Diggs will be fine if he doesn’t put up big numbers here. What a number 1 receiver does is draw coverage and open up the passing: running games for other players. It’s why a guy like Julio’s numbers don’t do him justice. He gets tripled teams at times.
  13. For 1st round picks and a 2nd after concussion problems. Not super talented guys get traded all other time for multiple 1s and 2s. Another great point! You win Happy! Cooks is clearly not super talented.
  14. I really want another pass rusher so if a good one is there in the 2nd, they would be the top choice. But this offense needs more and we don’t have an established nfl caliber receiver 6’ or bigger. I think it’s a Pretty big need. Smaller guys can get taken away sometimes so I would love to have a monster to just have one on one coverage in the red zone.
  15. Murray as a rookie had more passing yards than any season by Allen, completed 64% of his passes, and tied Allen in td passes in a much, much tougher division. And now they got possibly the best receiver in then nfl. I was really skeptical of Murray and he looks like a make a wish kid out there but he’s legit.
  16. Like I don’t even what you’re talking about. All i said was Cooks was a former 1st round pick, who is super talented. He had 4 1,000 yard seasons and some nfl people (not experts like Happy Days but still) like Sean Payton, Bill Belichick, and SeaN McVay invested 1st round picks in him. But those guys are dumb and obviously they did it because he’s wasn’t super talented. Good point. and Diggs wasn’t even the number one in Minnesota. At best, he was 1B. A very good player , our best receiver, and will really help the offense. But for a guy with 2 1,000 yard seasons, he’s become Jerry Rice since the Bills acquired him. John, what you just said is literally the same thing you could say about the Diggs trade. Why would Minnesota, a team with SB talent, trade a 26 year old really good receiver? and Cousins had 4,300 yards and 30 tds the year before.
  17. It’s interesting for sure and I’m not mad at all about it. If Diggs helps Allen take the next step as a passer and we finally see a good Bills offense, it will be worth it. The flip side is that we could in theory drafted the next Jerry Rice but obviously that’s has a bunch of risk too. I still want a Claypool or Pittman. We have the Smurfs right now. But i would be absolutely thrilled if they add some size to the group.
  18. Personally, I Think only a few wrs are worth 1st rounders and Hopkins is the only one I think was worth it. It’s such a dependent position but it certainly isn’t a crazy overpay. Yeah, who said that? Or was your reading Comprehension affect by the virus? Saying a former first rounder who has 4 1,000 yard seasons is about as talented as Diggs (who has 2) is 100% right. Diggs has been much more healthy than Cooks and thus, he gets the edge. Where is the problem?
  19. I could think of nothing dumber than judging a receiver on wins. It’s the most dependent position in sports. By that awful logic, Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald are worse than Julian Edelman. That is insanely dumb.
  20. But it’s not like they are giving them away. 3 1sts and a 2nd. That is monster value.
  21. So you think Belichick, Payton, McVay, and O’Brien (not a solid OC) are just giving you high picks for the guy for no reason? He’s super talented. In some ways, him and Diggs are extremely similar. I would give the edge to Diggs but they are both are 1B/ super high end #2s. Cooks’ injury stuff is very real.
  22. He was supposed to win the MVP last year according to transplant. ? Mitch Trubisky and Blake Bortles like this post.
  23. It’s a puff piece but it’s still nice to hear. I still don’t get why he was unhappy in Minnesota though. Doesn’t really make a lot of sense.
  24. It’s not a bad deal if Cooks didn’t have big injury concerns and they didn’t make that awful Hopkins deal. Fuller and Cooks are very similar players who can’t stay healthy. has any player been traded for more high picks than Cooks? I believe it’s 2 1sts and a 2nd, all by playoff teams. Wild.
