I mostly agree, as it's all about WHO is injured and how long. People can't complain about 1-2 week garden variety injuries. However, the sky is falling if it's Josh Allen for any amount of time or important key players like Shakir or Dion if it's a season ender. But every team in the NFL deals with short term injuries and fans just can't b*tch about that and use it as an excuse every week.

I know the board will melt down if we lose but this is NOT a must win game. If the Bills fall to 3-2 with losses to the other AFC "favorites" it's not the end by any means. They need 10 wins in my opinion to win the division and the Bills will get there.

I've heard that argument too. Meanwhile, we played Miami when they had Tua and I believe were favored. People forget they were not the crap Dolphins team they are today when the Bills played them. Things change fast in the NFL. Also, didn't the mighty Texans go down to the final 18 seconds to beat Jacksonville? So I think 47-10 is actually really good against any NFL team. No one says anything about Houston playing crappy teams, all they mention is how they won. Bills are held to a different standard I guess.

Beating Josh Allen and all the "Mafia" fans is like every teams home game Super Bowl. It sure was for Baltimore and I suspect it will be the same for Houston and the Jets, and their fans. No surprise they break out the black unis.

The Bills never for a moment considered drafting Mahomes yet they still get lit up for "giving him" on a platter to Kansas City. Like it was some sort of planned move to hand KC all these Super Bowl rings. Give KC, Reid, etc. credit for moving up to take a QB no one else was drafting in that spot. I don't have anything against Worthy but i hope he flames out.

All you need is 3, maybe 4 good to great matchups per week. We already have the Bills game no matter who they are playing. I looked forward to Seattle vs Detroit last night and it was a fun game. There's usually a few of those per week.

There are some disgruntled WRs out there in addition to Adams.. What about DJ Moore or even Tyreek.. of course they'd never trade him to Buffalo and he's not a character fit but he is checking out down there.

I don't think he's lost a step, but i think he is being more conscious about not running as much or taking hits while running. The irony is that the hardest hits he takes and the nagging injuries seem to be when he gets nailed in the pocket or behind the line of scrimmage. My other Josh observation, and i haven't mentioned it on this board yet, is that JA17 looks thinner. He's still a big guy but they used to say he was 6'5" 245,,, He looks more like 220 now at best. Maybe I'm wrong. I noticed it over the summer on his golfing pictures and then in recent interviews. Hope that doesn't affect his durability. He's probably eating more healthy and more nutrition conscious.. who knows.

They looked like Poyer and Hyde trying to chase down Tyreek Hill, which we all know was futile. But Henry is like a thoroughbred race horse. He gets a full head of steam down the stretch and he's unbelievably fast for a bigger and older RB.

True. AFC looks pretty mediocre to me as well. Baltimore is the flavor of the week, but all the contenders have had poor performances and/or damaging long term injuries.

Lions just give me vibes of those Bills teams of a few years ago, the back to back Arrowhead years. Very good O. D is tough but can be gashed at times, but O bails them out. Maybe Detroit gets to the Bowl. ya never know

We lost on the road to the Ravens. Jets and Miami lost at home to Denver and Tenn. That’s big wasted opportunities against what should be wins for our AFC East mates.
