No no, i do not believe they are preordained to win all their close games. When they play the good teams, This will flip around more. They aren’t even as good as last season even though they were mediocre during most of 2023.

We knew all along KC would be Carolina and LV. it was harder than expected. They will still lose 2 from Houston, LAC, Denver and Pittsburgh, Browns won’t roll over and die either.

The fact that KC struggles this much to beat Carolina and LV, they are getting bounced in their first playoff game.

Whenever the TV heads talk about Detroit during the week it's always about their offense, and the defense gets no respect. I know it's just the Bears but when I watch the Lions their defense balls out. Maybe I'm missing the action when their D is just meh?!? and I know they are missing some good players. I'll be interested in how they do in a couple weeks, but Detroit seems like a complete team to me. All 3 phases.

There’s a few teams out there that i know can win in “our” weather conditions. But this version of the San Francisco 49ers should not be one of them.

It is a bit annoying how they have caught recent teams minus some good players. Davante got traded right before the first Las Vegas/KC matchup but Minshew still had a 118 QB rating, now he's out. Tampa was missing Mike Evans and Godwin and still went to OT. Bills were missing Kincaid, Keon, etc.. But we may catch the 49ers minus Purdy, Bosa and Trent Edwards,,, so everyone around the league catches some breaks eventually. As the old NFL saying goes... It's not WHO you play, but WHEN you play them that matters.

It feels like we are way behind the 8-ball for the #1 seed as Kansas City plays two relatively "easy" teams with limited talent, before the Bills are able to play another game. And I don't think San Fran coming off a beat down will be any kind of an easy opponent.

The Bills have gone into the playoffs on an absolute roll a few times. Unfortunately they've run into Pat Mahomes. There are seasons when New England and KC rested people and didn't play meaningful football until their first playoff games, and still won it all. I guess my point is there is not a specific recipe for winning the Bowl. Just play your best football from opening kickoff in postseason and make your own luck regarding turnovers, bounce of the ball and clutch plays.
