  1. Sorry for your pain, I will be praying for you and yours.
  2. you can PM me the answer, I dont think posters here will enjoy a conversation about the social life here at school, lol.
  3. Thanks Bart, btw, campus is boring as anything right about now, anything going on that you kow about?
  4. personally, Id move CV to the left and let Anderson play RG, I tihnk it would let us grate the road on both sides and free the fb/rb to chip block on passing plays, it will work out.
  5. I'd post an answer, but Im afraid of incurring wrath
  6. I seem to remember someone posting the rules about this a long time ago, but I cant remember. How many posts to change between stages?
  7. Spencer or trade down and still get Terry.
  8. By the way, welcome to the board! LOL, sorry
  9. does anyone even know if Law is ok? His injury has only been beaten by 2 players and like I posted before, they were both under 25. He is good, but he may not be well enough to actually play. Last time I checked he was just barely out of a wheelchair and still on crutches. Do you really see him lining up against even a 2nd tier receiver and "crutching" his way to a defensive stop?
  10. Thank tipster, yeah it made me feel a lot better too. I think TD experienced some growing pains in his first few years here, but we seem to be on the right track. Don't forget if it werent for a couple bad plays last year we would have been a playoff team. Hopefully we can keep the careless plays from JP to a minimum, cut out the big plays on D and I think we will be ok. Like everyone here says, don't expect a ton from JP, but then again, don't expect him to fumble around and be useless, he WILL step up next year and I expect him to go to be big for us.
  11. http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/sub/mockdraft2.html I have found these guys to be decent, they have the Cards targetting a RB in the 2nd rd. The trade would both obviate the need for them to target a RB, I tihnk this goes down.
  12. http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/3505276 Just for all you who hate losing Jonas
  13. umm, are we sure there are a lot of future HOFers drafted on the 2nd day lately? Post hoc ergo propter hoc.
  14. New pope will be announced in 25 days
  15. Im going for Honduras
  16. The movie will be studied in film schools for years. Really amazing. However, if you dont have a STRONG stomach for violence, gore and graphic language DO NOT watch it. There is no way you will ike it if you are sensitive at all. Mickey Rourke did a great job btw. My favorite character in the movie. Who was yours?
  17. he reminds me of me, 3 years ago... Cept he says it and its true! LOL
  18. One of the coolest things is the conclave, which is the papl election proceeding. All the electors are sealed into a room and vote until a 2/3 +1 majority is reached. They communicate the results of every vote to the outside world through smoke signals, black smoke meaning a vote was inconclusive and white smoke annoucing the election of the new pope. http://www.answers.com/topic/papal-election is a good site giving some general knowledge about the process. http://www.cnn.com/SPECIALS/1999/pope/selection/ is also good. Interestingly enough the new pope may continue the rarity of a non-Italian pope and may actually be from outside of Europe. Cardinals from Africa and Latin America, the 2 biggest concentrations of Catholics in the world are among the favorites. However, as the famous saying goes "he who enters the conclave as pope, leaves as cardinal", meaning that politics often proves to knock off the favorites.
  19. I agree. Green says he wont give up a pick, but swapping 2nd rounders would not break his word.
  20. MC is about as likely to want to take a back seat to someone as he is to actually make it in the NFL. The kid was a prima donna and Im glad he got his.
  21. Gandy does NOT start, please oh please dont do that to me.
  22. pac man for the cards? Id lean towards Smith/Rodgers if they were still on the board.
  23. am I the only one that thinks upgrading our run blocking more important this year than pass protection? Once McGahee has the defense on its heels, Losman will have a much easier time passing. Even if his pass blocking isnt that great, Mularkey uses a different blocking scheme than other coaches were run blocking is much more important even on pass plays and has running backs and even receivers chip block players on the edges.
